My experience with this urgent care facility was extremely disappointing, and I would rate it one star only because I have no other option. On July 27, 2023, I brought my mother to this urgent care center. Prior to our visit, I took the responsible step of verifying with our insurance provider whether this facility was in-network, and they assured me that it was. When I scheduled the appointment, I provided all the necessary insurance details. However, upon arriving at the urgent care, we were informed that our insurance was not accepted, which came as a shock. Given the urgency of my mother's condition, I agreed to cover the expenses out of pocket and made the payment. Now, I have received a reimbursement check from the urgent care, indicating that I had overpaid, and they refunded the amount that my insurance should have covered. The issue here is that the refund check was issued in my mother's name, but she does not have bank account here in US so impossible to en-cash the check. I contacted their customer service to rectify this situation, explaining that I had made the payment and that the refund should be issued to me. Regrettably, the representative informed me that their policy dictates refunds be issued only in the patient's name. She stated that she would create a ticket with their billing department to address the issue but could not guarantee a resolution.This experience feels like a complete rip-off and raises concerns about potential fraud. I strongly advise against choosing this urgent care facility for your healthcare needs.

I have been coming here for a while and each time they have helped myself or my kids whether it be for a sickness, injury or even a sports physical for school. Most recently my daughter needed stitches for a cut and they made her feel secure and handled the situation professionally and were friendly. I do recommend for an urgent care facility.

Great urgent care facility with great MAs and providers. This is my go to location any time we need medical assistance when our doctor offices are closed. If they could be my primary care, they would be!
