It was a while ago, but my experience was unprofessional and insulting and I think I should let other women know. There was no regard for my schedule or my input on my own body. The scheduling staff and the service provided was subpar and inappropriate. There are doctors’ offices that fall in the category of thinking they’re above good patient service in all healthcare metrics and ones that are not. This is one of the ones that values itself above all else. The irony is that I was excited to see her after seeing her speak at an event, but after my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.

They are impossible to get a hold of (during business hours) and they have no appointments avail. They believe in the yearly pap smears even though studies show three years is sufffice. They won’t give you birth control once you’ve passed your year mark even to get you by. I explained that my insurance doesn’t cover one month incriminates and they could care less that my out of pocket was $500 so I dont get pregnant in the mean time before their next avail appt. The reception staff was absolutely RUDE and disregarded my needs or the fact that I am a covid nurse and am working nonstop. I have a difficult time seeing the positive in this obgyn. I do not recommend.

Before my wife had her baby she raved about Dr Browne but since that and her switching her practice it's been horrible. My wife is currently going through a miscarriage and Dr Browne is no where to be found and this is following my wife having a stroke after the birth. This office is a wreck no one answers the phone and is rude and you send records no one follows up when they say they will. If a miscarriage ...

I love Dr. Browne! She’s super sweet and informative! She delivered my first child and for that I’ll forever be grateful for her! The office staff and nurses are also amazing! The wait used to take forever when I first started going there and idk what changed but I feel like now I’m in and out! (Without being rushed). They really care about your health and the health of you baby. They always ask me about my daughter when I come without her!

If you want to be taken care of, I highly suggest having Capitol Ob/Gyn as your provider. Not only is Dr. Browne informative, but so caring and sweet and truly takes care of her patients. The entire staff here is great and I very much recommend them!

My best friend had her baby using Capital OBGYN and she loved every doctor/nurse she came into contact with. So when I got the positive pregnancy test I decided to give this place a try. I scheduled with Dr. Browne and absolutely loved her. They scheduled me the same week I called, when I went in the wait was short and from the moment Dr. Browne walked in she was friendly and informative. She answered all of my questions before I even got a chance to ask them. She did an ultrasound and blood test right away which eased my mind quickly. I’m excited to continue my pregnancy care here and afterwards as well. I highly recommend Dr. Browne and Capital OBGYN.
