Este lugar es una estafa,dicen que está abierto y es mentira,hice mi chequeo aquí y aun no lo puedo recoger ,dicen que están abiertos de 9 am a 3:00 pm Los martes y miércoles y es mentira ,no se atiendan aquí,son unos mentirosos ,te hacen el chekeo te agarran el dinero y después no puedes recoger tu chequeo

My husband went to her and she was just not listening to him. He can be seen as a high maintenance patient due to him seeking medical assistance for the smallest issue, but she treated him like he was such a nuisance. Totally unprofessional, uncaring, rude, and rushy. She even said smartly “You can take Tylenol for that,” when come to find out he had twisted muscle fibers in his arm that was causinh him pain once he was referred to physical therapy. If you want a thorough check-up into the issue, don’t waste your time with this lady.

This doctor is ONLY accepting new patients that are new to the area. I made an appointment and mentioned during that phone call that I'm looking for a new doctor. There was no problem at that time and I was able to book the appointment. But when I arrived, the dr informed me that she doesn't treat transfer patients, only patients who are new to the area. I explained that I wanted a new doctor because my old doctor was actually one of the large practices and I don't like always having a different Dr/PA/NP. She said no, she doesn't treat transfer patients. I have never heard of this before and walked out confused and perplexed. If the administrator who made my appointment told me that when I called, it wouldn't have wasted my time. If you have lived here for a while don't waste your time.

My name is Samuel Compte and Dr. Chen Ha been my doctor for 2 years now and she has been a blessing in my life very understanding thoughtful and she listens to her patience. If you are in need of a family doctor that has compassion and cares I recommend Dr Chen Ha.

She hung up on me. Never again, don't waste your time with these unprofessional rude office staff and Dr. Dr interrupted me and put words in my mouth throughout the appointment. She'd criticize me for things I hadn't said or done, tell me repeatedly to do things I was already doing. She really needs to work on bed side manner. Then the front desk employee was hardly there to answer calls, my pharmacy faxed over questions from insurance many times that went ignored. 1 week after blood test the Dr required for my prescription and they still hadn't communicated RX info to my pharmacy, but when I called in I got a VM for days. Today I get her on the line finally and she slowly loudly repeats 'call-your-pharmacy' over and over. I ask her to ensure she responded to info they needed and when did she respond to these faxes because frankly by this time I didn't believe her and instead of giving details to backup what she was saying she just kept repeating 'call-your-pharmacy' and said I have others to help and hung up on me.
