Clear Water Psychiatry & Wellness's Online Review Report Card

I liked the psychiatrist I had personally for most of the sessions, yet the company overall was very impersonal and didn’t seem to take into consideration the totality of the client. The medications I received were medications continued from an out-of-state in-patient mental health setting without any re-evaluation when coming to Clearwater. When I didn’t follow up for several months because of a nonstop 60-70 hour a week work schedule, the psychiatrist yelled at me for 15 minutes during my first session back rather than attempting to find out the reasoning behind my lack of compliance with treatment. Then the psychiatrist told me I needed to follow the regiment, and finally at that time was I able to state that they were the wrong medications for me. Only after sitting through being berated was I able to have my medications adjusted. It felt like poor medicine that the medications from an in-patient setting were continued without trying to understand me as a client in the first place. I honestly thought the professional relationship was either resolved or was all over until they sent me an email saying my treatment was concluded due to not having follow-up appointments. That was all fine and well, yet they felt further they had to send a letter with the exact same information to my local USPS that could only be picked up with a signature. Overall, as an extremely busy healthcare worker myself and current student, the audacity of this company is over-the-top ridiculous with how unprofessional they treat clients when I am the one paying them for a service. I don’t recommend Clearwater Psychiatry. Save your money, time, energy, and - quite honestly - mental health by going elsewhere.

I’ve been a client since October and feel like it’s been going well so far, I have no complaints. I see NP Christie Torres and feel so comfortable with her :).

Loved everything about my experience. The girls at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The ease of setting up my first appointment, being able to do all forms online and communicate with staff via email shows how efficient the office is run. I saw Dr Becky S and she was amazing!!

Christine Kilkenny is a wonderful person. She genuinely cares about her patients, and listens kindly and patiently. It’s nice to be heard and supported.

I finally found the strength to initiate a psychiatric appointment for the first time, but I’ve now been discouraged. They make you seemingly jump through hoops and have you fill out hundreds of forms and papers. After I completed the forms, I received an email saying a provider would be in contact with me “shortly” but it has been over a month. I’ve called at least once a week hoping for an update but every time I call, the line is closed. I chose this place solely because of the reviews and I felt like the provider I chose seemed like a good fit for me. I no longer have an interest in perusing mental healthcare because it all feels like a transactional waste of time now.

Customer service was incredibly lacking for the service they provide, while verifying insurance can be a pain there's ways to explain.

I have nothing but good things to say about Clear Water Psychiatry! Christine K. has truly helped to change my life for the better 🙂 10/10 recommend getting help here if you’re on the fence about it!

I love going to Clear Water, and seeing my psychiatrist. Tracy Figlan is who I see and she makes my sessions feel like I'm seeing an old friend. She makes each session feel comfortable to talk to.

I absolutely love this practice. I have had so many bad experiences at other places but with Clearwater, I feel heard, understood, and I feel that my care plan is a partnership. NP Christina Torres is amazing!
