THE CARE GIVER FOR MR. P. RAMIREZ, HAS BEEN ON VACATION FOR TWO WEEKS. NO ONE HAS VISTED MR. RAMIREZ AND NEEDS TO GO TO GROCERY STORE, HOUSE CLEANED & MEALS PREPARED. I CALLED THE OFFICE TODAY SPOKE WITH ANGELA OR ANGELINA SHE WILL GIVE HIM A CALL TODAY JULY 21,2025<br>I WILL FOLLOW UP ON 7-22-2025. I SUGGETED A 3 SAY CALLED AND ANGELINA REFUSE, SHE SAID SHE WILL CALL MR. RAMIREZ. ############################<br>TODAY IS 7-21-2025 3:06 PM. RECIEVED A RETURN CALL RIGHT AWAY FROM VANESSAS OFFICE MANAGER. MR. P. RAMIREZ WILL HAVE SOMEONE FROM CUIDADO CASERO HOME HEALTH VISIT HIM TOMORROW.

I want to give a special shoutout to my grandmas nurse Arianna. She was truely exceptional in her care for my grandmother in her final days. Thank you for everything you all did for my grandmother.

2 yrs ago i was cheated out of my money i wasnt getting paid properly being i have direct deposit i never looked into it when i did see it they refused to pay me my money saying it was too late to do anything about it. The staff members don't last. I've worked at other companies they give the client & employers turkeys on Thanksgiving they would give us a box of gloves on every pay day amoung other things not this company. If you ask for gloves they give a few pairs in a brown small bag. You have to be checking on your paycheck if not you might just be short on that pay chk. At other companies you get a raise every few months a .25 raise add up it makes a difference lets you know you're appreciated as an employee . Not this company. Still waiting to see some improvement. Hopefully this yr coming the office staff members last would love to see some permanent staff members stick around for a change. they quit cuz the company sucks.

My mom has used this agency for my Grandma’s care So grateful they have been there for my family . Staff is great they kept us informed about Covid safety and additional care Information during Covid to keep our caregiving services going .

nursingvstaff are excellant ...office staff are rude and uncaring...my provider with them...missed several days a month with no reprimand nor was a replacement sent even tho I advised them. Even after major surgery they were not concerned ...they rarely returned phone calls and the last week O was with them I had no provider....
