Had a great experience here tending to a fractured knee.

Easy to make an appointment, by phone or online. They send out forms to complete online (or you can wait till your visit and do it in office by arriving a little early). The reception and staff were all friendly and efficiently helpful. The doctor discussed with me the problem I presented giving me options. He was very thorough and asked many questions. It’s a great place to seek care.

I had emergency knee cap surgery and I had no problem with my surgery, I healed very well without any complications and my visits good as well. I would highly recommend him .

I’ve broken both my right (5 years ago) and left ( recently) clavicle, and Dr Laverty operated on both. He did an amazing job both times. Quick scheduling and post op recovery both times. Very personable, positive, and trustworthy. I contacted him for my first op based on couple of different folks recommendations. Second time around, I knew whom I was going to contact as soon as I realized what happened.

After a Segway fall, Dr. Laverty had to reconstruct and fuse my wrist. He not only used the latest techniques, but was able to make the scars nearly invisible. He said he would take care of me, and he followed through. A life changing moment could have come out so differently if I didn't have one of the best trauma suregons in the business! 100% recommend him and all the Texas Orthopedics staff!

Fantastic team led by fantastic doctors. I had an infection that needed prompt evaluation and treatment and they were stellar at getting me to clinic and starting treatment. I ended up needing a short surgical procedure and that also went very smoothly. Dr. Laverty, Dr. Austin Hill, and the multiple team members know their stuff, are friendly yet professional, explain things in a great concise fashion, and are very confidence inspiring. We are fortunate to have them in our medical community. If you are reading this to help you make a physician selection you would be in the hands of top notch people if you choose to have them treat you, I know as I’m in health care also!

Simply outstanding! Dedicated, concerned for patient, articulate in clear information provided, and all with a delightful sense of humor. The humor part sure was appropriate and appreciated. I know it’s too early to know for sure, but I am totally confident that I will be delighted with the results of my surgeries today. Can’t write enough good about this doctor.

Maybe he was having a bad day but he had one foot out the door of the exam room the moment he walked in. He didn’t ask me what happened, told me that I’m not 16 anymore and left me with zero plan or directions for a full recovery. His only direction was to come back in two months if it wasn’t better. He didn’t even look at my injury or even ask how this is impacting my normal activities. He was disengaged, annoyed, dismissive, and above all else offered zero help. Just told me I’m old (I'm not even 40). Sure, maybe his advice would have still been the same even if he spent the time to treat me like a human. Had he taken the time he would have at least understood why it’s so important for me to get back to full activity faster and come up with a plan. 100% would not recommend based on my experience.
