-Las enfermeras son muy amables, y todo el personal.-Son cortez y muestran su ética como profesionales que son, no tuve ninguna discriminación por ser mexicana.-Ellos están al pendiente de mi hija todo el tiempo, realmente son buenos solo hay que dejar que ellos hagan su trabajo., A ún estoy aquí y me han hecho sentir tranquila, a pesar del virus que mi hija está pasando por el momento.-La bronquiolitis se le complicó pero se que ella tiene lo necesario para recuperarse y estar bien primeramente Dios.

First time in this hospital and as someone in the medical field myself, I encountered nothing but compassionate and knowledgeable care! Thank you to all the staff and doctors working hard everyday to provide exceptional care.

The NICU has the best staff, and nicest people we have been around in a hospital. I highly recommend.

My daughter was admitted for surgery, the nurses on the 3 floor are great even the cleaning lady is awesome. Marisol, Rachel, Paola, Nicole, Jose they’re great there was another male male nurse I can’t recall his name but he was awesome my daughter said she got very good positive vibes from him. Marisol is a doll always attentive with my daughters needs. Rachel was as funny as my daughter always making her laugh. Nicole very informative always made sure to answer any uncertainties we had about my daughters procedure always made sure to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it for. Paola was great she’s really nice and Jose he was great also always had great positive advice. Oh the cleaning lady she was great as well I don’t think people give them enough credit though I don’t know her name but Iil Hispanic lady always wished Makeyla a fast recovery and she made sure of it before she was done. As a parent this was a great experience to feel welcomed and to feel comfortable with them taking care of my Makeyla awesome job Christiana and Yvonne these nurses have been trained well!!!

We brought my son to the ED because of a cough and respiratory difficulty. The emergency department staff and doctors were amazing. Dr. Yee and all the nurses were very kind and knowledgeable. My son was then admitted to a medical unit and the excellent care continued. Dr. Williams, nurses, respiratory therapy, pharmacy etc. were all providing the best possible care while also making sure I as a parent understood each step of care and what needed to be done after discharge. I could not imagine taking my son anywhere other than Dell Children's if hospital care is needed again in the future.

On May 20, 2021 I received a call from my husband that our daughter had broke her leg. After arriving to the emergency room and talking with the PA and surgeon they made us feel like family and promised they would do everything in their power to make my daughter feel comfortable. They surely did just what they had promised. On May 21, 2021 she went into surgery and came out with no complications. Dr. Brian Kaufman and his team did a WONDERFUL job. We were very impressed with his work. The nurses Jamie, Laura, Heather Brenna, and her physical therapist did a phenomenal job taking care of our child. We weren't to fine with one of the nurses in the ER . Her name was Doris and she made us feel so uncomfortable I had to tell her not to come back in our room or touch my daughter. Other than that we had a wonderful experience at Dell. So to the care team WE THANK YOU!

I really want to thank the nurses and the Doctors for the good job they do at the emergency room I took my daughter for stomach virus and ever one were very super nice our nurse Kaitlyn Aliha B. Was very professional and very nice also the nurse Daniel and Tomas thank you guys for make us feel welcome we really need more people like you God bless you all .
