Diana Wang's Online Review Report Card

My doctor is wonderful and I love her. This review is no reflection on her nor her work. My issue is wait times and lobby process. I’m always waiting at lease 2 hours. They called my name from another door and I was sitting in the opposite side of the waiting room. No one came to the other side to check if I was there. My appointment was at 2:30pm I didn’t get out of there until 4:45pm.

Dr. Wang is the best of the best... Wish all physicians could match her high level of excellence in providing patient health care!

Love Dr. Wang! She's compassionate, patient, and knows how to put you at ease easily. She's very open with you when discussing your health, answering questions you have, and knowledgeable.

Dr Diana Wang is the absolute best! She is listens to her patients and has amazing bedside manner. I’m so glad that she is my obgyn and I would highly recommend her to all!

They don't answer the phone. Their phone system is completely broken. Voice system still blaming COVID (lol) for their cost cutting decisions/lack of staff. They want you to hang up, so they continuously try get you to hang up, so they can call you back in 24 hours. No thanks. They direct you to their website to schedule an appt, but their website is also broken. Every single provider you select during the appt phase of online scheduling says "no available appts in the next 10 days". But when you select any day in the next 12 months it says the same message that nothing is available in the next 10 days. If you want to replace humans with websites and voice systems, at least make sure they work. And if you're actually just trying to stop taking calls, just close your business already. Anybody who wants to confirm what I'm saying is accurate...just call their voice system or try making an online appt as a new patient. Good luck.

I had an appointment scheduled as a new patient and when I checked in I was told they were running an hour behind. After waiting an hour and a half I waited in line again to ask how much longer. They said there were still 9 people ahead of me and it would be at least a couple more hours. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told them to just cancel me and I would find a different practice. Waiting 4+ hours is not acceptable. The parking situation there is awful, too, so I had to park about a ten minute walk away from the entrance. So between driving there, parking, etc I wasted half a day and still have to find somewhere else to get my pap smear (and wait six more months since the wait to get in is long everywhere). I would not recommend this practice at all. The waiting room was also packed and more than half were unmasked even though there were signs saying to wear masks.

Dr. Wang is wonderful but sometimes the wait is exceptionally long. I would say she is worth the wait.

Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. She is warm and invested in every single patient. The absolute best!

I had a great experience with my surgery. Doctor Wang and the whole staff were amazing before and after the procedure.
