My son is 11 and sees Dr.Karnik for adhd amongst another things and this office has thier act together. He goes the extra mile, explains things well, is extremely knowledgeable, and the office staff is super responsive. Hoping he isn't planning on retiring anytime soon, because he has been so helpful in getting my child on track.

Dr Karnik has been my son’s neurologist for almost 17 years now and we couldn’t have managed his autism symptoms without his caring, compassionate help. His office always responds to our urgent requests timely and with genuine care. Dr Karnik himself is a man of science, but is also open minded to what works for each individual patient. He is an excellent listener and works together with the family without prejudice. Really, who else is there in Austin who has more experience in pediatric neurology of autism? We hope he never retires! Thank you Dr Karnik for everything.

I couldn’t make an appointment with Dr. Karnik as a new patient for my son, because my son sees another doctor within this practice (different location). It’s apparently against his policy, which I think is sad. Seriously, what’s wrong with it? I think I should be entitled to shop around for other doctors no matter where and who they are! This location is alot closer to our home than the other location. (I live in San Antonio). I’m just trying to help my autistic son succeed in life. Horrible office!

Dr Karnik has been my sons neurologist for over 10 years. He is kind, compassionate, caring and really has a heart for children especially ones with special needs. He has been a true blessing to our family. I don’t know where we would be without Dr Karnik.

Dr. Karnik is the neurologist you want for your child. My son has been his patient for years and it's been a wonderful experience for my son. Dr. Karnik is highly knowledgeable and skilled, open-minded, diligent, caring and patient. He will always take his time with you until all questions are answered, and he will never palm you off on a physician's assistant the way some doctors do these days. When you make an appointment with him, you're going to see a real expert.
