List of Dr Russell Clark's Reviews
Dr. Clark installed a new knee in my right leg a little over a year ago. He is a no nonsense guy that does a very good job. My knee was bone on bone for almost 20 years, after the surgery and therapy it is working very well.
Excellent surgeon and has a wonderful PA named Hugo, but feel just dumped as I have Never seen Dr Clark since my surgery. This is not professional, but I am thankful for his staff and Hugo who were and are always there.
my visit with doctor Clark was fantastic he did surgery on both my knees and he placed a cast on my right wrist when i hurt it. So overall i would have to say he will take care of you
Great Dr great staff Never a long wait always until 10 minutes.Really cares and takes the time to listen I have never felt rushed
Dr Russel Clark is great, his nursing staff is awesome and I’ve been happy with my care there. However, today a lady answering the phone was very rude and I guess since I’m at the end of my injury, made me feel I no longer mattered. I will not be able to see him for at least another 2 months according to her. Sadly, that’s as far as I got. I’ll have to now find another doctor to see that I’m healed. This drives me crazy...
Skilled surgeon but not the best for post-surgery visits. Perhaps it has something to do with insurance reimbursement for office visits - which is pretty poor, so why spend the extra time? Not sure overall whether I'd recommend him because I think post-surgery recovery is almost as important as the surgery itself. He has a PA who seems competent enough - but has only some of the answers one might want to ask. Overall, room for improvement
I think Dr. Clark is an excellent orthopedic specialist. He gets tests done prior to the appt & is straight talking & finds & treats the problem. I'm having carpal tunnel surgery on both hands soon & hes treated the bursitis and tendinitis in my right arm due to surgical error of another doctor with injections that have really worked. I don't feel the joint injections at all! Staff is professional & very nice. Didn't experience any waiting for the doctor. Would recommend.
Horrible staff don’t get mad when I call and I want to speak to a nurse about my dads care and all you have is a medical assistant that is not a nurse . She did not go to school to be a nurse so you are not the same as a nurse......no where near close to being a nurse .My experience was with the staff and office manager Lisa who wants to then throw hippa when they don’t even follow it only when the staff wants to . What orthopedic Dr.Office does not have any nurses working for him lol I’m going to get my dad transferred to another Orthopedic Dr.Office who has registered nurses
Very friendly staff but I was disappointed with my visit. He said he could refer me to a psychiatrist and when I called and asked them to make the referral they said they would. It has been 2 weeks since my appointment and I haven't heard anything.
Clark Family Practice is the perfect primary care doctor! Hands down! He takes the time to understand your needs and makes sure you get the attention and care you deserve. He explains things very thorough and in a way that you can understand. He is a very nice guy and you can tell has a good heart and cares for patients. Great location and easy to find!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
