I will be 42 this year. I have worn glasses since I was three, and contacts since I was nine. Obviously, I’ve had some experience in this arena. Being a single mom of two, and a business owner, I found myself pressed for time and would just fly through Walmart vision center and go the quick and easy route. I’ve had contacts I haven’t been able to wear for a year, and my glasses are of course scratched and subpar. I decided that since I’ve got so much more time, I would treat myself to a professional, real optometrist, a quality pair of glasses and contacts that actually work. I scheduled an appointment with Drew and could not have been more comfortable with the safety of his store and the professionalism was second to none. Top-of-the-line technology and an informative process was the best experience I’ve ever had. I got to check out all of their beautiful, custom frames that are handpicked by another optometrist in his office, and he assured me that when I finished up my exam, when I came out he would have a selection of glasses that would fit my face. I felt like I had a personal shopper! I came out, he had his favorite, which was also my favorite, but I also knew that all trial pairs were all sanitized and as soon as I was finished touching them, they would get sanitized again. My contacts should arrive soon, and I’ve been wearing a trial pair for about a week, and I cannot wait! My glasses come after that, and I can’t wait to show off. Selfies here I come! Thank you, King and Heart! You guys rock and I highly recommend!

I went into to have my prescription for glasses renewed. I didn't have an appointment, and was expecting not to be able to get in for 3 months like the old doctor always scheduled me. Dr. Provost took me right away, and was very knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to and takes time to make sure you understand what he is explaining. The front staff is also very helpful, and nice. My overall experience was wonderful and I plan to go back with my family.
