Dr. Heinrich, his staff and the surgery center MUVE in Lakeway - was AMAZING! I had two knee replacements and could not imagine having a better experience. If you are looking for the complete package from beginning to end, including rehab - go with Heinrich and opt for MUVE, you won't regret it! I am finally hiking mountains and loving my new knees!

It took a really long time for someone to get back to me after leaving a voicemail and I kept having to try. In the past this wasn't an issue when working with this office so something has changed. When I got to the appointment after sending in all my information beforehand they informed me I would owe $150 for the appointment because I hadn't met my deductible. But I knew for certain I had met that deductible and I told them. They said they had their manager call and check and they were told I had NOT met my deductible so they needed to collect payment. I told them I wasn't paying that and I would call and ask personally and when I did my insurance person totally backed me and I gave them my phone to speak to them. So I didn't have to pay ultimately because I was right. But I was very annoyed because they made me panic and I had to wait an hour because of that whole situation just to get stitches taken out when I did everything I was supposed to do early and even got to the appointment early.

Dr. Heinrich has been treating my hips and knees for a number of years and I couldn't be more pleased with his procedures. He is empathetic, professional and skilled.

Dr. Heinrich and his staff were extremely responsive. I needed to get in very quickly for hip that was bone on bone. Dr. Heinrich got me scheduled in less than 30 days! The staff was great and made things happen just as I requested. Lights out before the surgery room and recovery was great! Dr. Heinrich around the next day to check on his patients, self included and all was taken care of very well at Muve Surgery Center.

Dr. Heinrich has been super! Quick to see me and get me into surgery as my knee was in pain and suggested to get me in the OR asap. Very pleased with his superb staff and support! The operation was very stress free and went smoothly. The insight transparency & even photos of all the steps of my process is appreciated!! Recommend 100% 😊

Dr. Heinrich and his staff are top notch. I managed a surgical practice for 15 years so my bar is very high, Dr. Heinrich is very thorough and personable. I am looking for physicians who want to be partners in my healthcare and he and his staff fit my requirements. Helpful, prompt, and easy to get a hold of.

I initially made an appt about a month ago to have Dr.Heinrich check-out the left knee replacement he had done several years ago. But a few days before my appt I fell, injuring my left arm and left side. As a result I requested X-rays at the scheduled appt of my upper arm, not Dr. Heinrich’s specialty. The doctors consulted, I was given both shoulder and knee X-rays……found not to have any type of bone fractures, which was very relieving. I very much appreciated the group’s flexibility.

I can’t say enough kind words about Dr. Heinrich, Frank and his staff. Dr Heinrich goes above and beyond. He sits and listens and he explains all possible options in detail. He is by far the best Orthopedic surgeon that I’ve gone to. I was misdiagnosed by 5 other top Orthopedics in Austin. Heinrich knew exactly what needed to be done and he was correct. His bedside manner is the icing on the cake! Don’t think twice, just go straight to him!
