Elizabeth was an excellent doctor, she was very kind, patient and attentive. I trust her with my life and would recommend her to anyone searching for a doctor.

I love having Dr. Mobley as my uroligist. She explains everything thoroughly and easy enough for laymen to understand. Great sense of humor also helps with men going through awkward, sensitive treatments. Cannot recommend her enough.

Was fast and easy, will recommend her to friends and family. Overall very happy with my procedure.

I highly recommend Dr. Mobley as both a knowledgeable and patient centric provider. Facing an extremely terrifying diagnosis, she took the time to discuss my treatment options in a very informative, yet simplified manner, making sure I was at the center of the decision making process. I am one week post operative and can testify to the safe, quality care her and her team provided; they will forever be appreciated. As for me and my family, should we ever require Urology services, we will revisit Dr. Mobley. Dr. Mobley first detected I had some issues with my prostate. I followed all of her recommendations and she was accurate and everything that she told me. I had prostate surgery at MD Anderson, but felt they did not provide the personal care that she and her team could. After my surgery, I return to Dr. Mobley and her team. They put me on a path for radiation treatment which ultimately led me to reach a level zero PSA. MD Anderson wanted me to wait until they saw spreading of my cancer, which Dr. Mobley and I agreed was not a good plan. I would recommend putting your health in the hands of Dr. Mobley and her team.

Dr. Mobley, there are 2 key issues that have given me a one star experience from Urology Austin and your care. They are as follows: 1. Since my visit, I have only spoken to your office one time, to tell me I had a UTI, with no addtional information. I have tried calling back 20+ times (no, I'm not joking) to speak with someone from your team. And every single time, no one has ever answered the Urology Austin phone number. It is utterly ridiculous and frustrating. I was not set up on the patient portal, so I am not able to communicate with you or anyone from UO in that manner either. So basically, I've been left totally in the dark about my own health. 2. I have an unnswered question about the medicine you prescribed me. It's not common to treat UTIs anymore, and even the pharmacist was confused on your choice. Nevertheless, I took it all as directed. It wouldve been nice to get more insight or justification on your reasoning for this medicine. I still don't feel better. I also recieved 0 communication or follow up regarding my bloodwork. Sadly, I have to leave this information here because it is unlikely I will get in touch with you any other way, unless I make another costly appointment. From my poor experience, it's highly unlikely I will.

I have been seeing Dr Mobley for several years now. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up on all the latest technologies and procedures. She has given me guidance on my health and made suggestions which have all helped a great deal. If you want a Urologist that is listens, is genuinely committed to your quality of life and is easy to talk with, look no further. Give her a chance and you won’t be disappointed.

The long wait can only be due to overbooking as clearly she has no interest in your medical condition. She does not listen and pushes for a procedure that is absolutely unrelated to the issue at hand. She's very dismissive yet pushy...in other words, rude.

Dr. Mobley was recommended to me by multiple people and I now understand why. I was interested in doing a vasectomy so I went in for a consult with Dr. Mobley. Initially, I was very nervous for this procedure but Dr. Mobley was very comforting and expressed genuine care from start to finish, while also being thorough and professional. She exuded the same qualities during the procedure itself, which made the everything quick and painless. It was shocking to me how fast the procedure was. I didn’t even feel a thing. Highly recommend her to anyone!
