Dr. Lee has been my doctor since 2020. When he moved into his new practice that provides a more personal experience, he sent me a letter. I was happy to pay the annual fee. This allows him to take on fewer patients and therefore be able to provide a service much like the family doctor you could call at anytime decades ago. It’s wonderful! He’s compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. This is a great practice for me. And I’m thrilled to have my favorite doctor.

Dr. Lee was my doctor when he was in Westlake. I really enjoyed him as a doctor when he was available. I received a letter saying he moved and I needed to fill out an application to be a new patient of his. This morning I called to make an appointment. I was told I needed to pay a yearly fee of $3000 to be a patient. Way to be greedy. Helping your bank account taking priority over helping people. Maybe you became a doctor for the wrong reasons.
