Envision Eye Center's Online Review Report Card

Where do I start? Everyone (and I do mean everyone) at Envision Eye Center is SO nice and the team truly cares about your eyes and happiness. From the super warm welcome on my first visit, to when I stopped by to pick up my new glasses today, everyone was great! Dr. Smith fine tuned my vision perfectly and helped me get into some new contacts. And then last (but definitely not least) the AMAZING Lauren helped me pick a perfect set of frames out since my boyfriend wasn’t able to help during my appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Envision Eye Center and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new optometrist!

September 2020: Dr. Kathryn Smith is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. Her exams are extremely in-depth, and she is willing to discuss every possible option to identify the perfect treatment plan for you. The optician, Frank (I believe), is also amazing. He and Jessica, who helped me pick out my glasses, were so patient with me and answered every single question I had. They worked with me to help me find the perfect pair of glasses at a reasonable cost. I could not be more pleased with Envision Eye Center.Edit December 2021: Once again, Dr. Kathryn Smith is absolutely amazing. I have never had such a comprehensive eye exam. I have very complicated eyes (strabismus, amblyopia, astigmatism, and different prescriptions for distance, reading, and computer for each eye). She goes above and beyond during her exams to make sure I get the perfect prescriptions. I decided to try contacts for the first time (at 25 years old) and had a contact consultation with the new and wonderful technician Andi. I had some trouble at first, but she was incredibly patient and helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions and was so kind. Once I got the contacts in, both Andi and Dr. Smith did a quick eye exam to make sure everything was just as it should be. I did not catch the name of the woman that currently works in the front, but she was a gem as well. Once again, I could not be more please with Envision Eye Center!

I would name names of everyone who was so kind and helped me but it was literally EVERYONE there. I forgot I could get this level of care. Never going anywhere else! Also, the prices were very affordable. Highly recommend.

I had an employee advise me of something he was wrong of and the Management took this very seriously. They helped me come to a great resolution. These people are great. They carry high quality eye wear. They're very honest in their practice & if you have any problem, they will listen & take it seriously.

This is THE friendliest and happiest place to go get your peepers checked. Everyone was so helpful - the entire staff weighed in on my spectacles of choice - so awesome! All of my questions were met with patience and a thorough response, with a splash of humor. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I came in for an eye exam and needing new glasses… Dr. Phan was so thorough, but efficient with our time together. I was pleasantly surprised to find Frank who is a wonder with picking out glasses. I was just picking up pairs of glasses that I found attractive. He made sure that I considered my skin tone and face shape so that I would feel as confident as possible in my new glasses. I am so thankful for him or I probably would have needed up ordering them wrong pair for me!
