I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lough. He spent time explaining my surgery to me (hiatal hernia repair and LYNX procedure). His bedside manner is great. The surgery went flawless and the recovery was flawless. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Dr. Lough saved my life when I was admitted to Seton Williamson County with internal bleeding due to major trauma. I was hit by a pickup while riding a bicycle. My family said they were told by the ER doctor that the doctor felt like I could not have had a better surgeon to be on call. My family all found him knowledgeable, compassionate and felt confident in his ability. When I was finally out of a medically induced coma and my follow ups I was impressed he always gave me plenty of time. My doctors who have examined me afterwards were highly impressed I recovered without losing part of any internal organs. I truly believe Dr. Lough cares about every patient and I was blessed he was the one to handle my case.

Dr. Lough saved my life in October 2019 when I became sepsis because of a perforated colon from a colonoscopy. The procedure was done in Sugarland, Texas where I live; however, I was visiting my daughter in Cedar Park when I became deathly ill three days later. I am so blessed that Dr. Lough was my surgeon as he literally saved my life. I had to have an istomy bag for seven months but just had it reversed by him. Thank you for your skill and talent..I will forever be grateful !!!

Dr. Lough was my trauma surgeon at Seton Williamson and he saved my life when he operated on me for internal bleeding. Once I was out of a medically induced coma and on my follow up visit I found him to be very caring, I never felt rushed when talking to him. I believe my appointment started maybe 10 minutes late but I know that is because he gives his patients the time needed to address all concerns. My family also said he was great to deal with and trusted everything he said when I was admitted to the hospital.

My whole experience was over and above my expectations. The staff was kind, attentive and answered all my questions no matter how insignificant they might have been. I would recommend Dr. Lough to any of my friends or family if they were looking into bariatric surgery..
