The office is warm and inviting. Thalia is nice and very professional. However, I felt that the cool sculpting was a waste of money. I essentially threw hard earned money down the drain. Zero results time after time going in as directed. I wish I had been told that I was not a good candidate. I was told that I was. This may work for some but my hope is that for those considering this pricey treatment, ask for before and after photos with measurements. Always ask them to measure so that you get an accurate measurement of any inches lost. I never lost inches-nothing. So disappointed as again the staff was well intentioned but I feel cheated out of thousands of dollars.
