Nina and Janice at First Light are two of the most wonderful caregivers and have the best staff. I truly felt love and compassion with this group.. I highly recommend their 24 hours seven days a week care. They truly made a difference in mine and my husband‘s life.

I don’t live in the same city as my mom and Aunt but my recent visit with them showed me they needed some extra care. They don’t need a nursing facility so a caregiver coming in was our best option. After interviewing 3 companies, we chose First Light Home Care. I really appreciated the fact they took notes during the evaluation process. They showed they cared about each of them individually because of how they interacted with them. It was a true interest and the conversation flowed easy because they paid attention to the details. They wanted to see the home, unlike the other companies. They were looking for fall risks that we may not have noticed. My aunt who has memory issues gets confused on where her room is so they suggested ways to help so she didn’t feel confused so much.<br><br>They are caring for the whole family not just my mom and Aunt. Yes they are mostly hands on with just them but during their time they will do things because they see it needs to be done.<br><br>The communication outstanding.
