VETERANS be on notice this place is discriminatory against vets. Why is there an armed personnel in the office.
Very relaxing environment and friendly staff. Dr. Vega made it easy for me to express myself. I would recommend to VETS friends and Family.
Had a great experience during my evaluation. The front desk staff communicated well with adjusting my appointment time. Dr Vega was awesome, and I felt comfortable during the assessment. The location is convenient, too, with enough parking for patients.
I am an Afghanistan Combat Veteran and was referred to this practice through the VA for evaluation for my disability claim. The staff at the front desk was professional, polite, and established a welcoming environment. After a very short wait, I met with the provider who was thorough while being compassionate and attentive. When I felt anxious or emotional because of the things I was sharing, he was reassuring without being dismissive of my feelings, and he helped me feel heard and understood. I felt like I was in good hands from greet to checkout, and I’d recommend this practice to anyone, without reservation.
I went in for help and they said come back later Bec I was crying. This is how the treat us! Any VA member choose not to come here
If I could give this clinic a 0, I would. If you're a veteran sent here by Leidos/QTC make sure to ask to go somewhere else. I was dropping off a veteran neighbor of mine to what he thought was his appointment. If I didn't witness what happened next, I would not have believed it. The veteran was checking in to what he thought was his appointment. The lady behind the window checked and stated he was not on the books for today. She also stated that his dog was not allowed to be in the lobby. My friend notified the lady that the dog was a service dog and told what exactly for (although he didn't have to). They didn't even ask if he was a service and what task he performs (the only two questions they are allowed to ask). When I stood up for my neighbor, I stated, "You know you're violating ADA." The lady behind the glass said, "No. No, we're not violating ADA." A guy, who never identified himself came out the door to kick us out. When I asked for business cards, they immediately started to tell to leave. When I asked for Dr. Molina's License number, they threatened and actually called the police. I grabbed the business cards that were outside the window and another guy who never identified himself said, "Those do not belong to you. Okay, now you're trespassing." The proceeded to continue with, "Grown men acting like children." Yes, I flipped him off. We waited for the police to arrive. When police arrived, they took our statement and took their statement. The staff issued a Trespass Notice. The guy, who still didn't identify himself came out to let us know that we are not welcomed (but he never actually said it). He did state that because the dog was a pit bull/mix breed, the dog wasn't welcomed. They called the VA to notify them of the situation. My neighbor is calling QTC/Leidos and the VA to file a formal grievance. My neighbor is also filing a formal grievance with the Texas Medical Board.
Responsive, professional, and compassionate.
If I could give a lower star rating I would! This practice is negligent. They never provided timely refills on medications and cancelled appointment without notification or warning. We asked for a referral for UT Health Mulva center which requires a referral and the Nurse practioner never did it and then told my daughter, the patient, that it wasn't required! Responses were slow if at all in the patient portal. Do not recommend!
I've really liked my psychiatrist here so it pains me to give a low review but unfortunately the office has dropped the ball on numerous occasions, especially with time-sensitive issues. Healthcare delayed is healthcare denied.
This practice was quick to respond and the providers were extremely accommodating to my needs and about my concerns. I felt confident under the care of Nkenna and would continue to see her if I was still located in Austin.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
