She’s great!

Doctor has outdated forms. I was sent to Austin fertility center. And they said,doctor is not authorized to send test for analysis. I would avoid this doctor. They did not provide the report after paying payment.

She’s so nice

Never had a doctor as good as her before. For 10 years I've been suffering and she was the first doctor to tell me what it was and how to fix it. The surgery went well. She did it fast and her staff helped walk through the payment clearly. She's friendly and her office is really nice. I reccomend her to all my friends.

Great doctor, very sweet, professional, addressed all my questions and concerns and was very involved in finding the best solution for my issues, very thorough. The office is very clean, modern, and comfortable. I was seen within less than five minutes of me finishing filling out the intake forms.

It was a very clean, professional, and on time office. They got me what I needed and were very prompt and nice.

She is somewhat knowledgeable but has absolutely no bedside manners at all. She wanted me to schedule a surgery for endometriosis and I asked whether I could talk to my husband first and then go ahead and schedule it after. She said: “if you schedule now and cancel even a minute later, I will never take you as a patient, I immediately terminate horrible patients like that”. I was like: “ok I understand, my husband is waiting for me in the car so I will talk to him first and I’ll call to schedule the procedure” which at that point, I was almost sure that I would go with her. She says: “no, I do not schedule surgeries over the phone, you will have to pay and schedule a visit again. Bring your husband in and talk to him right here and schedule it now, call him, text him, get him here now”. I told her unfortunately he was on a lunch break and he drove me here so we really do have to leave now and I asked whether it was possible for me take the general pre op and post op information she provided me and she said: “no, I don’t give away my papers like that to patients who aren’t sure whether they will operate with me or not”. Mind you, I stayed friendly and patient the entire time despite her eastern European pushy and mean behavior. As an immigrant in the US, I encourage this doctor to understand how to work with patients here in the US and keep her attitude back in eastern eurpoean. She lost a patient and I will definitely not refer her to anyone. Very strange way of doing business for sureP.s. immediately after this review, the doctors deletes my patient portal but thankfully, I read the reviews beforehand who warned this would happen so saved all the necessary information. Again, goes to show how this doctor does business.

Dr. Prisacaru and her staff were very good to me when I needed them a few years ago. Her office is busy and she sees lots of patients, but she will make time for you and you may wait a little while and you may not spend as much time as you'd like with the doctor, but I had a great experience regardless. I was in discomfort and needed surgical procedures performed. Her assistant at the time was so understanding and intelligent and I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Prisacaru understood my needs and helped me make some difficult decisions but all for my benefit. It was an emotional experience but she was so kind and thoughtful. I remember being scared right before my first surgery and when she came in to check on me I wasn't afraid anymore. She's an excellent surgeon, her credentials are impressive and it shows when you are her patient. I was healed and back to work after very short resting periods for both procedures she performed. There were no financial surprises, I was explained in great detail what was and was not covered by my insurance and was able to afford those costs. I no longer have severe abdominal discomfort and haven't for years, I feel free and healthy.

I have been to Dr Prisacaru several times and each time I have walked away feeling like I got the best of services with her, I trust what she recommends and have 100% faith in her ability and knowlegd as a Doctor and she is the kindest person with an ability to always make you feel like you are in her best interest and this attitude extends out to her team from her front desk girls to her assistants. They are all amazing, and I am grateful to be in their care.

Dr. Prisacaru just did a major surgery for me. She was extremely informative, had very thoughtful conversations, never rushed me or pressured me.I feel so thankful for her lighthearted, caring nature. Would definitely recommend, without a single hesitation.
