The staff is friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable, making every visit such a relaxing experience. I’ve gotten treatments like Morpheus8, Lemon Bottle, and several others and had great results.

I have been with this Med spa for a few years. I have always had such a great experience with the girls. Today I did Botox with Eva and I’m loving my lip flip, she very informative and help me with my best decision on where to put my Botox. Highly recommend this med spa every time I leave I feel more beautiful and confident.

I stopped in Grace MedSpa in March for botox. I've gone to a number of different practices over the last 10 years and have always received about 50-60 units and noticed the results completely. At Grace, they recommended 70+ units. Upon leaving, they tried to upsell me other treatments and I declined. I followed all proper protocol following the treatment, and did not see any results. It was as if there was zero change. I emailed the practice about a month later and did not receive a response. But I did receive further communication continuing to upsell me the other treatments. I filed a dispute with my credit card, and of course at that point received a text directly from the owner of the medspa. I shared my honest feedback along with photos of my face and the owner told me she would look into it and get back to me within 24-48 hours and then never heard back. I will never return and I implore you to do the same. I am very disappointed.

I love this MedSpa!! Alejandra is my favorite, she is so sweet and patient with me everytime. Everyone is in the office is amazing and helpful! I would 100% recommend. If you are looking for a MedSpa that treats you like more than a customer, provides amazing results and exceptional services choose them!!! I rarely provide negative reviews, but I am very disappointed. I stopped in this location in March and was recommended more units of Botox than I’ve ever received in the past over probably a dozen visits to other practitioners. I followed all protocol. And there was zero improvement. The medspa then tried to upsell me other services. I reached out a few weeks later by email to let them know, and received no response. However, they did reach out to ask me if I was going to buy their other services. I then disputed the transaction with my credit card provider. They then reached out via text to ask about the disputed transaction. I shared photos to show them just how ineffective their treatment was. Literally no difference. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 days, and never did. I’ll leave it at that.

The service I get here is amazing. The staff is great. They work real well with your situation and are super friendly, super vibrant super energetic environment so yeah 10 out of 10. Recommend I’ve been a customer with them for a long time.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Grace MedSpa! From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for not just another appointment on the books. The staff is so knowledgeable, warm, and down-to-earth. They took the time to really listen to my goals and created a plan that actually made sense for me (not a one-size-fits-all). The space is clean, and has such good energy. I noticed a difference in how I felt about myself even after my first visit.
