Called Halcyon when my mom was on hospice. Martina, their liason, & Kristina, their nurse, treated us like family! So efficient, attentive and kind. Will always use Halcyon! Highly recommend!! *****

1st, their care people are excellent, yet that is not enough. It is almost impossible to communicate with them. They change help so often, that the new person has no idea what is going on. We have been with them 10 years and this has changed in the about 1 or 2 years ago. This has become a problem as we use them for everyday, and if there is any change in the routine , it seems they can not handle it.

A friend who had recently stayed at Halcyon Suites recommended I stay there after my facial surgery and I am so happy I did! It took all of the worry and the stress of the unknowns out of my post surgery experience. The nurses and medical assistants who took care of me while I was at Halcyon Suites were highly experienced and very professional, and really friendly. They all took amazing care of me. They kept an eye on me through the night and made sure I took my meds as prescribed. About a week before I was scheduled to stay, one of the nurses called to find out what kinds of meals I would like because they shop/ prep meals for each individual patients. (!!) I wanted to stay longer!!!

Words cannot express my gratitude for the excellent care I received during my 2 night stay at Halcyon Suites on Miami Drive in Austin. If I hadn't just had surgery, I would think I was staying at a small resort! I loved the wonderful personal attention I received and on top of that, the food was delicious. (thank you, Nora!) I am so glad Dr. Haydon had me stay here after my surgery. Nora and Cheryl were amazing care givers and I can't thank them enough.
