Upon arrival there was only one nurse working and was doing everything. He seemed very overwhelmed. Once Dr. kay came in he was rushed and stated that he had seen my X-rays and that it was tennis elbow. When he walked out I heard the nurse tell him that Ny X-rays were finally up… so he hadn’t even seen the X-rays before coming in to talk to me. When i went to leave I asked if I could pay my copay and the nurse told me he didn’t know how to do that and didn’t have time. Absolutely terrible.

It was our first visit to him. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Resolved longstanding problem with steroid injections. Next day pain was gone just that quick after many painful prior days and nights. Highly recommend Dr. Kay!

This place is fantastic from the receptionist all the way to the doctor's. Went to 3 different places and they were the only one's to finally figure out the issue's I was having. Would definitely recommend them anyone.
