It’s disorganized. I wasted my time going after rescheduling and was told that I wasn’t on their schedule. The person who told me that also scheduled me initially. I showed her the text. They also made me wait the time I was able to go for an excessive amount of time without saying anything. For a health and wellness facility, they did not serve my mental health at all.
Best in class service, affordable, and attentive staff. Thank you Heading.

The website was inaccurate about the services they provided. Even the person I spoke with said, "Oh we should update the website to make that more clear." They took my money and charged my insurance for a CONSULT that took a few minutes only to find out I don't qualify. When I requested a refund they told me no. I want to be clear I was charged (and my insurance billed) but I did not speak to a mental health professional nor did I receive service for such. I looks to me as they are running a scam. I wouldn't recommend and oh how I WISH i read these reviews prior to my appointment.
Avoid this place. Was exploring treatment only to find out their marketing materials no longer match their offerings (they do not have therapists on site) in the appointment with the nurse practitioner. Once I learned this I ended the appointment as that’s not what I’m looking for. Then I received a bill for the appointment for the full cost. 4 attempts at reaching customer service have been unanswered. Hope I can save some of you the trouble.
I worked with Dana and Will for over a year and they were fantastic. Helped me get my medication stable again, and worked with me through years of trauma. We were even going to start incorporating DBT into my sessions. I even referred a friend to the practice because I trusted this place. Ended up having to find out through that friend that they were laying off their whole staff of practitioners and only doing ketamine infusions from now on. I never once got notice of this from the company, but you can bet I still get reminders of the bill. I'm not paying it. They can send it to collections. I refuse to support a company that treats its core staff and patients like they are disposable. As a mental health practice, it's incredibly irresponsible and dangerous to cut people off from the care they depend on with NO notice. Their staff deserved better. We as patients deserved better. Many of us struggle just to get through the day, and now we're unmedicated and forced to find new providers. There are very real, physical consequences here, especially for those of us with severe depression and suicidal ideation. I wonder how betrayed the staff who promoted the ketamine infusions to their patients must feel now that they've been completely pushed out in favor of ketamine.
Went here for the first time today and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They really listened to my issues and concerns about what the appointment would entail and were there when any issues arose. It seems like the other reviews may have had issues with the virtual aspect which I have only been in person. Would recommend anyone to that could be helped by their services at this location or the Parmer one!
Gave GENUINELY AFFORDABLE pysch med treatment for people with no insurance, and now all the sudden, after just paying off a debt they MADE ME PAY OFF before I could even see my pysch again, and with zero notice, I'm told none of the doctors are practicing anymore, and now they're only doing ketamine infusions, and I'll need to find a new doctor. Thanks for not caring about people like me, who were hanging on mentally to your service by a thread. 😀👍 Oh, and then she kept dragging on about it, so then me, the clearly upset mental patient told her it's whatever, there's nothing they can do, "cause y'all dgas about people like me anymore" and she just said, "Yeah, sorry about that." I sarcastically retorted, "Oh, thanks for agreeing, I'm hanging up now.", and she said, " Uh huh, bye now" Thanks for cutting me off my medication, and giving me my 13th reason. See you in my last note. 😂🤣
I do not trust this facility. They have passed me around from doctor to doctor making it very difficult to get my prescriptions in a timely manner. I have had multiple short notice cancellations on the doctors ends as well, but if I had any cancellations that came at a short notice I had to pay outrageous fees (200+). Now, they have laid off my current provider and told me they no longer offer the services I was being given, without providing any resources on how to move forward. This model is very dangerous in a mental health practice. There are people that depend on receiving their medications to live their lives and this facility undermines that truth. It also discourages people to continue seeking the help they need because of the tedious nature of having to continue to look for resources time and time again.
I first was talking to a lady named Dana, but it was a terrible experience. She kept pushing off giving me medicine when I really needed it, would forget things I had already told her previously, and kept shrugging off my symptoms with sleep. Then she told me “you’re doing better” when I was actually getting worse. I requested to switch doctors and it was the best decision as I got to work with Dr Fred who’s been an absolute delight. The good thing about Heading Health is they will accommodate your request.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
