Dr. Nakia Scott is a top notch Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Austin, TX. I have collaborated with her on several of my adolescent patients. She is very attentive and thoughtful in her approach. I like that she applies treatment methods that are holistic and individualized to the needs of the child or adolescent she works with. I highly recommend Dr. Nakia Scott for your child's mental health needs.

Nakia Scott is a fantastic psychiatrist. She focuses on children and teens and is exhaustive in her background research with those clients. She makes sure she understands every detail of a person's health as she creates a comprehensive care plan. Her communication is excellent and she is easy to reach if you have questions. She is very warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Simply put, Nakia is someone who I trust as a psychiatrist and a partner in whole person health.

Her clinical skill, warmth, collaborative attitude and holistic approach to care put patients and their families at ease and promote genuine wellness. Her board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry and integrative medicine and her diplomate status with the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine reflect an extraordinary level of expertise. I am fortunate to have worked with her for 5 years in a community health clinic and am grateful for the tremendous value she brings to patients and their families, colleagues and the community.
