Integral Care - East 2Nd Street's Online Review Report Card

They sent police to my home because I took anxiety medication that was prescribed to me during the call. This resulted in me being severely harmed by the abuser I was trying to escape. When I tried to seek help again, I sat waiting in a park only to be stood up by their crisis team who made no attempt to reach me at either of cellphone numbers they had been given for me. The way Integral Care operates is not only unhelpful, it's extremely dangerous to those they are meant to serve.

This place is good for patients who need emergency medical care. Everybody else who registered with them will be treated secondarily no matter what symptoms brought them there in the first place (suicidal etc.). They'll register you but it's only to fulfill their required quotas inorder to receive their annual govt. funding. Which inturn is primarily invested in pharmaceutical distribution. They claim to have employees who claim to run a Homeless outreach Team (H.O.S.T) which turns out to be an all volunteer group comprised of university students who are not engaged full time as stated in their mission profile. Kinda sad to see how profits are being gained of peoples probably going thru the worst times in their LIFE!

Horrific place to work or get help from. Chronically under staffed, disorganized and treat their workers terribly. This translates to poor client care. They've known about the problems for decades and due to not wanting to spend money (although they have lots of investments lining higher ups pockets) they have no desire to change or improve it, it's gotten tenfold worse since pandemic all around. Funny how they always have the "funding" to pay their CEOs and higher ups to gaslight their employees and blame them for the issues while they sit and moan about how their employees don't do "self care." I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

This place is the most horrible place that i have ever seen in my life. They don’t care about helping there clients at all and the case managers are even more worst then ever. I really hope that they would just shut this place down. Since the pandemic has hit this place has not been helpful to me at all. I’m over the top with this place and i really hope that they would just shut it down all together.

I had to go see someone with u guys for custody court and I did my evaluation with Ms. Megan Moriarty and she was so so so nice, easy to talk to, patiently explained everything that I had questions about and I had a lot of questions because I didn’t want anything to even be able to be slightly misinterpreted… she was welcoming and made me feel comfortable and very rarely is someone so kind to strangers in a setting like that. And even more rarely do I take time to leave reviews but this woman is an angel and I’m happy she did my mental examination today. Thank you!

There was no one to provide services. No direct line to other clinics to look at other options. Directed to emergency services for a non emergency.

What an utterly disgusting and disappointing institution. Therapists are not well trained to work with/handle suicidal/self-harming clients. Providers were poorly trained and do not listen to their clients. Providers do not have the capacity to competently care for their clients. To my fellow Texans and Austinites, I plead to you: Find somewhere else to manage and improve your mental health. Best of luck.

I was told to come on Tuesday or Thursday at 8 to see someone to get my prescription, came twice and there was no one who could see me. Then I showed up for my appointment 10 min early, checked in and waited for 40 min, when I was told I was supposed to wait on the second floor. I went there, waited for another 10 min, then I was they couldn’t see me and I needed to reschedule. Next available appointment is after 11 days. They checked me in, they knew I was there, I was sitting right in fort of the check in window. I just don’t understand when they called me on the second floor and I wasn’t there why they didn’t check with front desk. They knew I was checked in. They don’t care about people here.

The WORST fucking mental health clinic! Do not try this clinic. They don't care about their patients!
