I love this place the people who work here make it such a pleasurable experience! From the receptionist to the doctors & the case managers to the intake coordinators! Even the beautiful lady who does your financial pay! I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who has issues with mental health or even physical problems!

I walked up to the counter and the lady told me they would only help me if I was in crisis. I wonder how she knew whether or not I was in crisis by looking at my face?

Nice open space inside. There is plenty of seating for clients. Clean facilities and waiting room. Kind employees that are helpful.

HEADS UP!!!! 🫵 Upon entry (street level), my PTSD ramped up to include racing thoughts of forced LOCKDOWN. If You have ever been to this location. You may be able to relate, but it literally looks like you're entering a maximum security prison eh- per se. I'm not sure why there is so much security? * tip4newbeez* When asked, besthave yo stuff upfront and center. Name:you>Name: Doctor time of appointment... blahblah. Hope this helps. cuz I was like aw' hel x no! they doin' tha most. When you can get up the elevator to like the 2nd floor you will step out. .👈👀👉..say what?? Be prepared for it to look like a hospital waiting room when they call you over to pay your bill. Window after window of staff "regulating patient flow" from the nucleus of a plexiglass bubble. Speak out* [they're not mind readers]. And well..... carry on carry on.

The clinic is very helpful. I enjoy talking to my prescriber and my case manager. They are very helpful. I get my medicine when I visit them.. they help me cope with my medical issues.

Was in and out for an initial intake in about 2-2 1/2 hrs, and at one point the computers for the entire floor stopped working. The staff quickly made up for this by bringing out portable WiFi boxes and continuing our appointment with personal laptops and phones. I was satisfied with the level of service, concern, and care they gave to my loved one, and am appreciative of their calling me as a follow up courtesy.
