Jamie was amazing! We did dermal filler and I could not be happier. It’s been about 3 weeks since I had it done and I’ve only gotten happier with the results. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and we talked through everything beforehand. She also walked me through the steps as we were going through the procedure which made me more comfortable. It was also fairly painless compared to other procedures I’ve done. Their teams nursing background goes a long way in making sure your as comfortable as possible! Will be back!

This review is solely for the peptides treatment and customer service/process. I have received laser/injection treatments from this location before and was pleased with the results. I’ve been prepping my skincare routine leading up to my wedding and reached out to It’s A Secret Med Spa – Austin to discuss Glutathione treatment. I was quoted at $389 for a month supply sent directly to my house. I had a consultation on the same day with a NP to go over any concerns and basic information. Seems easy enough, right? The bad: • There is no tracking information for the package. I reached out and never received any information even though they said I will get tracking. • Item arrived without any notice with ice melted with the product. • Items arrived with instructions for another treatment, not glutathione. • Items arrived missing syringes. • Items arrived from a 3rd party pharmacy with no identification it came from It’s A Secret. I called the med spa to confirm what supplies I was supposed to get and the instructions for use. No one could confirm the instructions and supplies, and the NP was unavailable. Said the NP would call to follow-up, never received call. Called again and someone gave me a number to Pharmacy A. Called Pharmacy A and they could not help me and gave me the number to Pharmacy B. Pharmacy B was able to confirm I was missing syringes and was able to send out another package but again could not provide tracking. What a hassle! I expected a curated luxury service from It’s A Secret. I was so disappointed with the customer service and attention to detail. I would not recommend the peptide treatment. Hard Pass. For $389, just go directly to the pharmacy. Still never heard back from the NP. *They offered me two $25 gift cards towards my next purchase of peptides or weight loss and a 30-day supply of Glutathione for the inconvenience. Why would I want to put myself through that process again? I asked for some sort of refund instead… no reply.

As soon as I walked into this place I felt welcomed. Everyone here is so friendly and down to earth. You feel welcomed. It's so refreshing to have that feeling here in Austin. I've had Botox and microneedling done here so far and I've been thrilled with the professional and friendly service and the results are wonderful. If you're wondering if this place is legit, it is. The Botox is real, potent, not diluted. My Botox lasts for a long time. Everyone here has been so sweet. The service and the quality has been amazing. I'm super happy with the results of my experience and longevity of the results is perfect. I'm glad I found this place. I don't think I'd go anywhere else at this point because I trust that I'm going to get the best here. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Becca for microneedling facials with fantastic results! They offer sales and packages with very reasonable prices. Becca is very pleasant and professional and I will continue to see her for all my skin care needs.

I scheduled an appointment, but the pricing was not clearly explained. I also signed up for a free consultation and never received a call back. I chose this place based on the positive online reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

I moved from California years ago & have been going to it’s a secret ever since living in the Domain. My original injector recently left so I was hesitant on finding someone new but booked with Jamie for new lip filler. It’s been about 7 years since I’ve been getting lip filler & she suggested dissolving so that we could start fresh. I’ve always been insecure about the migration in my upper lip but she explained the process thoroughly & I finally felt comfortable enough to move forward. We dissolved my filler today & the process was MUCH easier than expected. I was nervous given the videos I had seen but she was incredibly calming & accommodating. I absolutely love her energy and am so happy that I’m going on this journey with her. I know I’m in good hands & am excited to see the end results! Highly recommend it’s a secret & their staff is lovely all around!
