It is always a pleasant experience to visit with Dr. Kerr and the staff at McCarthy Clinic. I leave this clinic feeling empowered. Dr. Kerr is very informative, listens, and considers my thoughts. I believe she takes the very best approach to better whatever illness/sickness I present. Having worked in the medical profession for more than 25 years, I would put McCarthy in the top 10%. Thank you guys for your prompt, comprehensive, and professional treatment.

Dr. Kerr was absolutely awful and unprofessional. She took forever to check up on me because her family was visiting, while she was supposed to be working. I probably waited for 30 minutes for her. Once she came and I asked about a medical concern, she goes to google and visits the very websites I have already seen to try and figure out what was happening to me. Insane. On top of all that, I was billed incorrectly so I have had to spend hours trying to contact her office. Oh, and her phone is literally out of order too.

Dr Kerr and Dr Jones are very helpful and cover all the bases without my having to advocate for myself like I do with others in the past with other clinics.

Always good care with Dr Kerr,she is thurough

I have been a patient of Dr.Jacqueline M.kerr 's for as long as I can remember. She knows me and I trust her with my health care needs explicitly. She and all the staff at Seton McCarthy Community Clinic are the best. Dr.Kerr has a genuine interest of looking out for all her patients. I am new to Austin and Dr. Kerr spent long time getting to know me and noting down all my previous lab results and my concerns. She is very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable talking to her about my concerns about my health Taking all my stars away - leaving one star because it requires at least one star Doctor Kerr was great but the office filed insurance as a regular doctor visit instead of physical and insurance didn’t pay it because my high deductible. Routine physicals are 100% covered. I called billing twice asking to resend the claim with correct code but the office refuses to do that. Insurance says to take it up with doctors office and billing department says doctor’s office says it was coded properly. Time to find a new doctor
