Jasvant Adusumalli's Online Review Report Card

Our baby girl is on the small side and so we have been going weekly for an ultrasound and a general checkup with Dr. Adusumalli. He is personable, and a joy to have as a doctor. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve being seeing Dr. A for my pregnancy since my 20week scan due to high risk factors. He’s been so patient, kind and thorough in answering questions and concerns with every visit. I actually prefer him to my OB in how personable he is. He has a nice sense of humor as well (my husband and I can be goofballs in our comments at times). I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for an MFM!

I am writing on behalf of my wife who just recently saw Dr. A for a prenatal scan. Dr. A enter the room, without reading the charts or any previous medical information about my wife, and proceeded to fat shame her and make her feel bad about the medication she had been taking which are necessary for her health. We have had the advice and opinions of five other doctors including her OB/GYN about the safety of our baby and the progression of her pregnancy. Their opinion is we are doing everything right and our baby is 100% healthy. Dr. a saw fit to tell her about every risk that he thought might be possible in order to scare her into thinking she’s been doing a bad job. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and unethical. If he had read the previous charts from the other doctors and specialist they would see that my wife is 100% healthy and so is our baby. Dr. A, you need to do a better job at being a doctor and not a fear mongering, prejudice practitioner. Do your job!

I sat with ultrasound techs for over an hour. Dr. Adusumalli then came in, never having touched me and only having looked at my scans, and announced without even saying hello that they were doing so many tests because they were ruling out Down's for my son. When I looked panicked and asked if they thought he had it, Dr. A said, "Oh, no, but you look really anxious so you might want to get the test just to set you at ease." I left the office enraged and shaken and feeling bullied into a test I'd already decided not to take, which I then got a $600 bill for A YEAR AND A HALF LATER.

Great professional and very nice team/staff.

Some doctors have great book smarts but no bedside manner. Dr. Adusumalli made me feel so uncomfortable after a very basic visit to check on my baby. On top of that bad experience, this office added so many unnecessary, random charges without explanation. Rather than paying $500 or $600, he charged $1,700!!

Good visit

This is my second time around with Austin Maternal Fetal Medicine and Dr. Adusumalli. The team at AMFM has always been extremely nice and helpful. I always feel like they spend special attention to me but I'm sure all their patients get the same treatment I've experienced. Thanks so much to Dr. Adusumalli & the staff at AMFM.

This Dr. is amazing. He’s always mellow and relaxed and does a great job of reassuring expecting mothers and assuaging their concerns. He could develop an app that sends you soothing and reassuring messages everyday and make a killing.

I would highly recommend dr adusumalli. I loved how thourough him and his techs were during the ultrasound and consult, he was open and honest about any issues that needed to be watched. I feel well taken care of and like I’m in good hands in preparation for the arrival of our new additions!
