He spent almost no time listening to me describe my case (3-4 minutes). Still a mystery after 3.5 years with countless doctors. I'm very thin in Northern China, developed very painful ice cold interior stream 24/7 in both legs. Last Dr wanted Vascular opinion. Husband asked if he'd seen the many FAXES sent him weeks ago. He did NOT even look. We on time had waited over two hours in one room cut off with door shut. We cracked it to see him talking with many, even took in a woman ahead.of us who'd checked in well after us in the general waiting room. Husband begged him to let him explain my case. He rushed him into a pitch black closet for literally a couple of seconds. Afterwards, we waited weeks for his followup but never came.

We saw Dr. Apple for my 15 yr old daughter. Dr. Apple was very thorough, asked lots of questions, and truly listened. He never talked over us and was extremely personable and kind. He truly wanted to help and give us a plan to move forward with care. We will definitely revisit Dr. Apple if there is ever another need.
