My son went for a consultation. He basically recommended surgery without doing any tests. It’s a very sensitive issue. He was completely cold with zero compassion. Dr. K basically told him well there’s nothing that can be done for you then, and was rude about it. Who treats their clients like that??? Especially a young one??? My son came home feeling humiliated. Do not go to this guy!

MEN, never Dr.Kocurek….Dr. Kocurek lost my trust after leaving me in pads for NINE years after a radical prostatectomy. In our last appointment, after he asked me how I was, I answered “Depressed, I’m going through five pads (as my continence never returned after my surgery with him). He proceeded to be extremely defensive telling me “l have another guy who went through the same issues that you did and when I asked him how he was doing, he responded to me saying ‘I have never been doing better in all my life.’” It took me a little bit of time to process what he had just said to me…until I realized that his snarky comment was not only defensive, inappropriate, but an attempt to salvage his EGO. It had absolutely nothing to do with my case and was certainly NOT therapeutic. He also claims to specialize in incontinence for men and women. He is not a specialist in that! I found a real incontinence specialist who has changed my quality of life. Bedside manner bad. MEN, never Dr. Kocurek.

I was diagnosed with ED. Dr. K prescribed Viagra....and made me return for a checkup every two months, or no refill. Last visit, out of the blue, he demanded I submit to a colon exam... I declined, and this guy actually got mad at me, said I was just using him as a drug store. This was in the 90s. Thankfully, its easy to get ED meds now online... dont waste your $ on this jerk.

I am a physician, but new to town and did not know a urologist. Dr Kocurek was able to get me in with short notice and addressed my problem. His office staff are very friendly, the office itself is nice, and they were efficient throughout.
