Dr. Horwitz (and his wonderful team) saved my son’s life back in 2020. My baby Michael was born at 23 weeks and 3 weeks after he was born he developed NEC and went septic very fast. Dr. Horwitz performed emergent surgery on him when he was only 2lbs! He then operated on him two more times after that. We never felt so confident on someone as we did that night with him. Our soon-to-be 2 year-old has a cool battle scar to show now! We thank him and his team for being there for us that night and for saving our little miracle baby. May God continue to bless his hands.

Dr. Horowitz saved my son's life in 2014. He was only 2 months old and had a band of tissue(Ladd's Band) growing around his intestine, creating a severe blockage. My infant was almost septic and it happened so fast. Dr. Horowitz and the entire medical staff at Dell's Children's hospital took great care of him. My son is 7 now and wanted to see a picture of the surgeon who saved him, so we are leaving a review right now 😁 Thank you Dr. Horowitz for your precision, care and focus you gave us.

I was in town visiting family and had heard great things about Dr Horowitz. He squeezed both me and my fiancé into his schedule during the holidays. We both wanted fillers and a little Botox and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Very natural looking and he really spent time explaining and making sure we were happy. I will definitely make it a point to see him when back home every year

Dr. Horowitz is very personable, patient, gentle and compassionate with his patients. He takes time, explains and answers all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. Three weeks ago, Dr. Horowitz performed a lower face lift, to eliminate the fat in my neck. I am ecstatic with my results!! The first 7 days were a bit rough -- swelling and bruising, which is absolutely normal. Every day since I have seen remarkable improvement. The results I wanted was a fresher face, and that's what I got. If you are looking for a good plastic surgeon you need to seriously consider Dr. Horowitz.

Dr. Horwitz knows his stuff. I'm a bit taken aback by these low reviews. Would I recommend him? Absolutely. First and over all other pediatric surgeons without hesitation. He saved my son's life. He is extremely skillful and knowledgeable and caring, yes caring and kind. If you are looking for syrupy-sweetness, that's not him. He is about solutions and positive, sustainable, outcomes for your child. Keen listener, informative, he arms parents with knowledge. Responds to questions. Great surgeon.

Dr. Horowitz recently performed a breast lift, implants, and lipo on me at the Harford County Ambulatory Surgery Center. I knew Dr. Horowitz was a great fit for me the moment I met him. His staff is very friendly and inviting, especially Michele, who I was working with to set up the surgery, logistics, etc. I have never felt more at ease and taken care of like I was as soon as I walked into the office the first time. Dr. Horowitz is realistic and honest... he flat out told me he would not do a tummy tuck because I didn't need it. He was straight forward and honest about what I can expect from my results, which is very admirable and comforting. His professionalism and that of his staff can be matched by no other. I would highly recommend Dr. Horowitz for any cosmetic surgery needs you may have!
