Dr. M has been my physician for many years, because he is attentive, thorough and professional. I appreciate his expertise, and am at ease with him. He listens and asks good questions, but as a patient with various conditions, I never expect him to read my mind. Together we tackle my care, and it helps that he is always pleasant and personable! I never feel awkward in discussing my care or my novice knowledge of medicine which is why I trust and rely on him!

This was my first visit to a doctor in more than 20 years, but I'm getting up there in years and I figured I'd better establish a doctor just in case The whole experience was excellent and I really like Dr J.M. 🙂

Excellent doctor Dr. MacClements has been my doctor for seven-eighth years. He is super attentive, he listens and is attentive to my inquiries. I always feel that he has time for me.

On top of being an excellent doctor, Dr. MacClements is human. I'm not a big fan of doctors, but I have to say I enjoy going to see Dr. MacClements because he is genuine and actually cares about his patients and their health. He is thorough, professional and very patient. I never feel like he is in a rush as I've experienced with most doctors. My favourite is when he dictates the summary of the visit while the patient is there and asks if everything he recorded is accurate and/or if he missed anything. He also reviews those notes at the beginning of every visit and asks if previous problems are resolved/under control. I trust Dr. MacClements with my health and I'm so glad I found him. I wish all doctors could be like him. His staff is also great which makes the overall experience flawless and excellent.
