I’ve seen Dr. Martinez in Kyle for steroid injections to my arthritic thumb for over a year. I have short wait times and Dr Martinez is always friendly & efficient. I look forward to my visits due to his great bedside manner and the pain relief that he provides. If you need a knowledgeable doctor that will listen and respond, Martinez is your man! You won’t regret it!

Made me wait a month for a follow up appointment just to cancel the day of and try to make me wait another TWO WEEKS , AFTER CANCELING JUST HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT WAS SET TO START. And this was a Telehealth appointment, not even being seen in the office and this is still being pulled. This is not how someone with standards does business. Will bot be returning.

First visit went fine, but by the second… I felt rushed and totally dismissed. He discounted my referring doctors’ opinions and was almost condescending. No physical exam was given, and no testing offered. He talked over me at very opportunity but I came away very clear that this was not his “first rodeo”. Very disappointing visit that I will not repeat.
