Although "Dr. Kappler is not currently my Primary, due to geographic distance, I highly recommend her. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and a good listener. She includes her patients in the decision-making process regarding (medications and overall health). She listens and goes above and beyond.

This doctor refuse to see my mother at August 15th, 2019 because my mom didn't have interpreter with her. The doctor didn't even try to have phone interpreter because didn't feel comfortable o talk during phone. She doesn't even understand my mom need medicine asap and care if she can help her patient. Talked to Office manager at Baylor and Scott & White and she said I cannot force the doctor to see your mom, she doesn't want to do that. I am so sorry to hear there is doctor not even try to help the patient and refuse to see her because of this.

Dr. Kappler is always very thorough during exams. She asks lots of questions to make sure she is making a good diagnosis or referring to the appropriate specialists. She is very caring and really listens to her patients. Refreshing to find with healthcare changing so much!
