Dr. Silverberg is an absolute star! His confidence in handling my situation put me at peace.I had endometriosis 4th stage which is the most severe, underwent a surgery with an another doctor but couldn’t take the whole cyst formed, as a result of that I had two cysts formed back in the same place under a month and the pain was intolerable.Luckily we came across Dr. Silverberg and he performed a surgery had to take the left Fallopian tube, cleared up the mess that was 4th stage endo and voila we conceived naturally the next month ^_^Can’t thank Silverberg and the team enough, going to deliver this September. :)Go to Silverberg he’s awesome 😎

DDI came to Dr. Silverberg after being referred by my OBGYN. I had scarring and endometriosis from a D&C. Dr. Silverberg was so confident that he'd be able to fix me and that's exactly what I needed. Hearing that this could impact my ability to get pregnant and have children was terrifying. I sat in his office crying but he was really patient with me. The surgery itself went really well. He did exactly what he said he'd do. I loved that I could text after the surgery and keep them updated. I felt like they actually cared which was nice. I definitely recommend him. Don't be put off by the longer wait times in the waiting room, having a good doctor who actually fixed me was so worth sitting in boredom for an hour. I got my first period in ages after seeing him.

In August of 2019, we met with Dr. Silverberg for the first time to discuss my history of emergency surgeries to remove large endometriomas. My gynecologist referred me to him because my husband and I were having trouble conceiving, and I was almost 35 and had endometriosis. In October 2019, Dr. Silverberg did a thorough surgery to remove cysts from inside my ovaries, scar tissue, and 1 polyp in my uterus. Before surgery, I’d planned to take a week off from work (to be on the safe side), but I bounced back and felt 100 percent 3 days post surgery with no complications🙌👏 Post surgery, Dr. Silverberg told us there was a chance we could conceive naturally. By February of 2020, we’d conceived naturally, and I continued to see Dr. Silverberg for the first 9 weeks of my pregnancy; this was my first pregnancy, btw. Our little man is a thriving, curious, energetic 1-year old now. In my opinion, Dr. Silverberg’s expertise with removing and thoroughly cleaning out endometriosis, scar tissue, and the polyp was what enabled my body to conceive naturally. I have stage 4 endometriosis (which is the most severe), and we were able to work with Dr. Silverberg to reach our goals. I would highly recommend him. We also had great experiences with his front office staff and nurses. The nurses and office staff were quick to respond, and I felt like Dr. Silverberg and his staff were on our team to ensure a healthy and positive experience with diagnosis, surgery, and pregnancy.

I highly recommend Dr. Silverberg. I've been in treatment in another fertility clinic for more than 3 years. After 5 unsuccessful IVF cycles and 2 failed IUI we decided to visit Dr Silverberg. We were kind of hopeless at the beginning thinking that we would get the same outcome.  Our experience in the other place was to keep trying nonstop without changing the protocol. Dr silverberg really tried to understand what the problem was. After a couple of biopsies, he determined the best course of action and I'm now 9 weeks pregnant at first try! We would recommend Dr Silverberg and his team to anyone struggling with FET cycles.

I was with Dr.Silversbery since sep 2019,his bedtime manners are horrible always wait for more then 45 min for the appointment . I gone through many surgeries and did IVF in 2020 and had 2 unsuccessful FET.After my first unsuccessful transfer doctot did not mention anything about weight I did ask him that and he said no. After second unsuccessful transfer he mention mh weight was tbe reason and refer me to a weight loss company. When my nurse called me to give the test result I asked for the face to face consultation on which she said doctor is not available till November 20th. We spend lot of money and the last answer I receive is its <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fall.my&amp;s=770c15f5184e18f36ce64487736cfa900442fa6ae4dc0ceede9952e5fd7d350f" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">all.my</a> fault. I trusted dr. Silverberg and hus team and completely disheartened and lost.Wasted out 2 years . For them we are just a number

Dr. Silverberg is the best doctor I have ever had. If I could give him and his nurse team over 5 stars I would! I researched providers extensively before picking him, and chose him because he truly is the best of the best in this field. My experience with him reinforced this. Not only is he an experienced surgeon with extensive experience in all things fertility, but he is a genuinely kind person who will go above and beyond to help his patients build their families. I have a condition that essentially made IVF our only option, and he truly put us at ease about the process and put so much attention and effort into our case. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant after our embryo transfer and it truly was bittersweet to "graduate" from his care onto our regular OBGYN. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found him and to have had him as our doctor during this stressful journey. Could not recommend him and his team more!

Could not recommend Dr. Silverberg more. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. He's so experienced and knowledgeable about all things fertility. I did a ton of research before choosing him, and picked him because he really is the best of the best. My experience reinforced this! We ended up doing IVF with him and have "graduated" from him to our OBGYN. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and it is all due to his expertise and care. Side note - the nurses in TFC are also nice and easy to work with and will help you with anything you need! We really loved how reassuring and helpful they were throughout everything. They answered any stupid questions I may have had in a super timely manner!

I found Dr. Silverberg 10 years into my fertility journey and I have to say he was a God send. I was very hesitant to go to a fertility doctor because my last experience was a brief consultation and immediate high pressure to start IVF. No in depth work up or explanation of what could be wrong. Just, here are our prices for IVF, when can you start?During our first visit with Dr. Silverberg, I knew this was not going to be the same experience. He asked a lot of questions about my medical history, said there was definitely something wrong and that he would get to the bottom of it. He also said he would help us get to the end goal with the minimal amount of dollars spent, something I definitely did not experience elsewhere. True to his promise, I had an in depth work up within days of our first visit. He found an undiagnosed uterine septum (that I’ve had since birth!) and scheduled the surgery to correct it. The recovery was way easier than I expected. I honestly didn’t even feel like I had surgery. And……the very next cycle I was pregnant!Dr Silverberg is definitely who you need to see if you are struggling to get pregnant. He is patient, caring, knows the questions to ask and listens to the answers. And obviously he knows how to get results. We could not be happier with the care we got from him and his entire team.

So incredibly grateful for Dr. Silverberg! He helped get us our newborn son via ivf after 2 years of trying <3 we're 30 years old with unexplained infertility and had gone to other specialists who took a lot of our time and money with zero results... so happy we came across Dr Silverberg and TFC. He is smart, confident and super welcoming. He knows his stuff and is very straightforward (no BS or wasting your time) which is what you want with a Dr....Can't thank him and his team enough for this blessing. If you're in doubt, he is the best in ATX!!!

Everyone at the Texas Fertility Center is amazing! We are so lucky that our infertility journey has come to a happy conclusion after just 3 rounds of IUI. However, even if we were told that we needed to pursue IVF or other options, we would have been happy to walk this journey with them. They are incredibly attentive, responsive and sensitive to the emotions that are involved in fertility problems. Dr. Silverberg is incredibly knowledgeable and I am so glad that I was referred to him as a woman that suffers from Endometriosis. He and his team were a blessing during this time and I would recommend that anyone having fertility issues (particularly due to Endometriosis) goes to see him.
