Kaylen Silverberg's Online Review Report Card

Dr Silverberg guided my fertility journey for a year and a half. I underwent numerous procedures including a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, two IUIs, multiple retrievals and a frozen transfer. For each procedure, I felt I understood exactly what to expect and why it was the chosen path. during this time Dr Silverberg consistently showed compassion and kept us informed of the process, options and possible outcomes. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated how he always made himself available for our questions. His nurses also treated me with care and explained everything clearly. Yes, I did have to wait at times longer than I would have liked in their office, but it was worth it. And thanks to him and his team, we now are parents to a wonderful baby boy!

Hi wish I can give 1000 stars to dr silverberg and his team and 101 stars to Britt his nurse they are awesome when ever I send message to Dr silverberg team they respond back very quick thank you for all u have done to me I went to Dr silverberg after a failed surgery to remove my ovarian cyst and my old gync asked me to be on birthday control pills until I get menopause and I was so confused lost and thought to go back to my country to find solution to my problem and my friend sent me the pic and details of Dr silverberg I called the office for appointment and left a voice mail they called back in 20mins and I got squeezed in to his busy schedule with in 2 weeks by the time I went to his office I was suffering from 2 years with no answers and my old gync sending me to different varieties of scans and Dr silverberg came in with big friendly smile on his face he listened to me very carefully and he walked me to other room he did scan by his own and told me I do have endometriosis and he gave me 2 different options as I do have kids already I chose the one which has less rate of coming back he was so confident very quick to find the root cause pretty straight forward is giving the options for solution and he lifted a big load off my body by assuring me he know what's happening and he know how to deal with it with in a week I said ok to surgery and after 2 weeks my surgery got schedule and he did surgery he said he will check all other body parts while doing surgery for any spread of endometriosis ,he rather did a magic with surgery I guess day 1 I was able to getup and take little walks by myself with no help day 4 I stopped all my pain killers and after a week I am normal (in my past surgery it took 3 days to get up my myself with no help ) now my results came back I used to have stage 4 endometriosis he did Remove it thoroughly tht I don't need to be on pill as of now even if I get it back in future as it has high recurrence rate am pretty confident that Dr silverberg can fix it I might be one in many patients he helped but he is one doctor who changed my life he gave back a mother to kids ,daughter to parents wife to husband and he gave back me to myself will never forget you sir thank you soooo much Dr silverberg and team I would recommend him 100% Good luck everyone who come to him he is the best

I cannot recommend Texas Fertility enough! My husband and I had been trying to conceive for awhile when we started our journey at Texas Fertility. Dr. Silverberg was so knowledgeable, kind and has a great bedside manner. He took something that can be so stressful and made it manageable. Dr. Silverberg's nurses are also so friendly and helpful! My husband and I didn't think we would ever do IVF, but with the team at Texas Fertility we were confident in choosing to move forward. Dr. Silverberg made it his mission to get IVF to work for us and on the third transfer it did! I just wish we could continue going there as I was sad to leave the remarkable staff! I would also like to note that we have seen other doctors at the practice and they are all excellent!!

Where do I begin talking about Dr. Silverberg?! Hands down, he is the BEST fertility doctor here in Austin (and probably even in the world according to my current OBGYN). He is a HUGE asset to the fertility world without exaggeration. He is very knowledgeable, confident, very professional and honest(does not sugarcoat your issue and finds a solution for it!) about his expertise in fertility medicine! It was a long process but I NEVER had a single doubt like I had with my previous doctors that he would fail/miss key procedures. He was always a step ahead and I had a 200000000% confidence in him and I was always relaxed overall with him as my fertility specialist because, at the end of the day if it had not worked, I knew it wasn't from lack of his expertise but luck! It is amazing to be able to find a good doctor and not have to worry about their work as the fertility world is definitely hard environment to navigate around! The nurses and TFC staff were also awesome!

I highly recommend Dr. Silverberg and his nursing *dream* team for IVF in Austin. Dr. Silverberg's team helped me navigate 3 IVF retrievals, 2 transfers, and related surgeries from Jan 2021 thru Jan 2022. They adjusted my protocol along the way to maximize the outcome as we learned more together. At 39, I am pregnant with my first due in September. The nursing team makes everything about IVF more manageable. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, patient, detailed, and empathetic. I wholeheartedly trusted Dr. Silverberg and the team with my care (and would do so again). Only recommendation is know your calendar is not yours during this process. There will be curveballs or calendar delays that are out of the control of the team. You will have some waiting room time, but I managed to knock out work while I waited (and if you can get the early appointments, the better).

Dr. Silverberg and his team have been there every step of the way for us! We began in March 2020. Throughout Covid they never shut down and continued to provide safe fertility care. Doctors and nurses answered all of our questions patiently and kindly. When we suffered a miscarriage in April 2021, Dr. Silverberg spoke with us at 8:00 PM comforting us and showing compassion. We are now 15 weeks pregnant! We "graduated" from TFC at 8 weeks, but at 10 weeks I began to bleed. I spoke wtih my OB and they would not see me for two weeks due to lack of cramping. When I called Dr. Silverberg they immediately got me in to check and reassure me that baby was fine. It's a true testament to how much they care that they will make time for you even when you are no longer their patient. The nurse team (shoutout to the wonderful Grace!) was quick to respond to all my answers and the text messaging system is so convenient. I will forever by grateful for everyone at Texas Fertility Center!

Hearing that this could impact my ability to get pregnant and have children was terrifying. I sat in his office crying but he was really patient with me. The surgery itself went really well. He did exactly what he said he'd do. I loved that I could text after the surgery and keep them updated. I felt like they actually cared which was nice. I definitely recommend him. Don't be put off by the longer wait times in the waiting room, having a good doctor who actually fixed me was so worth sitting in boredom for an hour. I got my first period in ages after seeing him.

In August of 2019, we met with Dr. Silverberg for the first time to discuss my history of emergency surgeries to remove large endometriomas. My gynecologist referred me to him because my husband and I were having trouble conceiving, and I was almost 35 and had endometriosis. In October 2019, Dr. Silverberg did a thorough surgery to remove cysts from inside my ovaries, scar tissue, and 1 polyp in my uterus. Before surgery, I’d planned to take a week off from work (to be on the safe side), but I bounced back and felt 100 percent 3 days post surgery with no complications🙌👏 Post surgery, Dr. Silverberg told us there was a chance we could conceive naturally. By February of 2020, we’d conceived naturally, and I continued to see Dr. Silverberg for the first 9 weeks of my pregnancy; this was my first pregnancy, btw. Our little man is a thriving, curious, energetic 1-year old now. In my opinion, Dr. Silverberg’s expertise with removing and thoroughly cleaning out endometriosis, scar tissue, and the polyp was what enabled my body to conceive naturally. I have stage 4 endometriosis (which is the most severe), and we were able to work with Dr. Silverberg to reach our goals. I would highly recommend him. We also had great experiences with his front office staff and nurses. The nurses and office staff were quick to respond, and I felt like Dr. Silverberg and his staff were on our team to ensure a healthy and positive experience with diagnosis, surgery, and pregnancy.

I highly recommend Dr. Silverberg. I've been in treatment in another fertility clinic for more than 3 years. After 5 unsuccessful IVF cycles and 2 failed IUI we decided to visit Dr Silverberg. We were kind of hopeless at the beginning thinking that we would get the same outcome. Our experience in the other place was to keep trying nonstop without changing the protocol. Dr silverberg really tried to understand what the problem was. After a couple of biopsies, he determined the best course of action and I'm now 9 weeks pregnant at first try! We would recommend Dr Silverberg and his team to anyone struggling with FET cycles.
