I am glad to see all the positive surgery reviews. However, my experience was not the same (nor as serious). I went to Dr. Stockton on the recommendation of a friend who had used him before and said he was great. Today, I went in to make sure I was doing the right thing for healing ankle pain. I think Dr. Stockton's diagnosis was fine (as best I can tell) but I was not able to get my ongoing care concerns answered. We weren't 3-4 minutes into the appointment when his assistant walks out in the middle of a discussion and Dr. Stockton moves his chair into the open doorway while I was mid-sentence, allowing everyone in the hall way to hear a doctor/patient conversation. It was very obvious he was done with the appointment even if I was not. I received no feedback on the x-rays that were just taken either. I had to ask the lady who took my vital information if everything was okay on the x-rays. Maybe my situation wasn't as severe as others but I shouldn't have been made to feel like I was a nothing appointment. My healthcare is important too.

Went into office expecting dismal news about condition of my tendonitis & osteoarthritic foot/ankle. Instead, I came out of his office with a prescription for appropriate shoe wear, single orthotic & an ankle support. I’m actually walking more & standing with no difficulty. Dr. Stockton always greets you with a pleasant smile & warm demeanor. I regret that I didn’t go to him sooner. I would’ve been back to my normal exercise routine a lot sooner.
