Do not recommend. Nothing special. Also, they will send persistent emails to you for years even if you try to block them, send them to junk and ask them to take you off their annoying lists!! Hard PASS.

They are really nice! Parking stinks. Don't agree with tipping on Botox as you really don't know if it works for a few weeks. However, their kindness and humor was worth tipping. As long as it last more than month, I'll be back. - I say that as last place I went it never kicked in and a lot of $$$ basically in the trash. Tried La Vie out on Groupon to test it first.

I bought a package that was $100 for four services went in yesterday for my massage. The massage was fine however the AC wasn’t on in the room and I was sweating my entire massage. My massage was supposed to be an hour. I paid extra and we ended early.

I honestly waited a long time to write this review because i hate writing negative ones, but after getting my tox redone somewhere else the suggested that i say something. About a year ago i came in for a Dysport appointment with Ana, I purchased 120 units. Unfortunately the treatment ended up being completely useless, the Dysport NEVER went into effect fully and was completely gone in a week. not only that but i left with HUGE welts allllll over my forehead that didn’t go away for days. My new injector informed me this is an injector problem and she did not mix the product correctly or administer the product correctly. this whole time i was worried it was something i did but now that i know it was an injector issue im super disappointed. hope they address this with her so it doesn’t happen to anyone else

Great place! Got treatment from McKenzie and she did a great job. I am anxious and she made me feel at ease while being very professional. The owner is very attentive, and pays high attention to detail. I am glad I found this place. I definitely will be coming back.

I always have a wonderful experience at LVS La Vie Med Spa on Rainey. Vickmay, the owner is so kind and fabulous. She pays excellent attention with all of her services and I'm always pleased with the outcome. I adore her cheerful salon and always feel welcome and happy. Pro tip: her massage chair is the best!

I love coming to La Vie! Ana is so kind every time I come in, offering a glass of wine and a warm welcome. I go for Dysport- she always takes the time to explain my options and her recommendations and going over pricing, ect. I’ve been a returning customer (just went for the 3rd time, brought my boyfriend to also get some Dysport (shhh) for the second time and he loves going), and the results have been better for me than the other two places in austin I’ve been. Just enough, not too much. Also, I like that Ana gave me her number to ask any questions. In general, La Vie on Rainey has super chill and luxurious vibe and top notch service. They are always so sweet and it keeps me coming back!

I'm a sucker for a good deal--unfortunately, I know no limits and that includes my facial injections too. La Vie Med Spa, conveniently located on Rainey Street, offers both appointments and walk-ins, which is perfect for me as I never know what my day-to-day entails of. I was surprised by how quick they were able to see me. I'd suggest filling out your forms prior to your visit, but be sure to double-check which ones are required--I had to complete mine twice. The waiting room is relaxing, chic, and clean. It's comforting to walk in and grab yourself some refreshing wine or water. The nurse who treated me was friendly and finished my injections quickly. That said... after reading some of the reviews, I understand the concerns about pain. I've never experienced anything like the discomfort I felt in my forehead. Thankfully, the pain subsided after about 12 hours....

They charged me $25 for the appointment to make sure I will show up. But there were closed when I arrived. I called the phone number then the employee showed up after 30 minutes. The spa didn’t not follow up after my chin injection. The employee told me the swelling will go away after 2 weeks. But actually it kept 4 week. At the same time the Spa didn’t try to help or even answer my phone call. It’s 100% one time business for them. Because there will not deal with you again after they charged you. Please don’t go there for your chin injection. It will waste your time and your money.
