Sam and Karrigton at the front desk are why I ended up going to Laser away because I happened to pop into the Domain locaiton in person. 5 stars for them!! And I also loved Izzy. 5 stars!! I gave 4 stars because I almost did not go to Laser Away AT ALL because of their insanely pushy sales team who calls you and asks you to spend $3000 BEFORE you have ever been to any Laser Away facility?? It freaked me out and made me think this place was sketchy. It also turned me off. I have other friends that agreed with me and won't even go. If Sam hadn't offered the ability for me to make a same day appointmnet, I would have never gone. Make it wasier to go here, offer the $3000 spend AFTER someone sees great results? People don't want to feel stressed out going here, they want to feel welcome.

I had an amazing experience with Desiree. She was very thorough in her explanation of the treatment she took her time answering questions and explained how I would be feeling throughout the treatment. The new technology for laser treatment is totally different. I experienced no discomfort.

I have signed up for different treatments, Xeomin being one of them. All of this in preparation for my wedding. Well unfortunately for me, I ended up getting a lazy eye a week later. I am not one to complain or pull a Karen move, but all they offered me was a prescription for eye drops where I have to pay up front and they will reimburse me. I clearly did not sign up for getting a lazy eye from some Botox. With my wedding literally in less than 1 week, the medication won’t get to me in time and I’m super bummed out. I was not offered anything else for this inconvenience. I highly encourage y’all to get your Botox elsewhere.

I love the package options for saving and a big plus is being able to go to locations depending on where I am traveling.

I went in for laser hair removal and a Hydro facial. I had never done anything like that before, so I didn’t know what to expect but it was quick and pretty painless. I saw drastic results within the first three treatments. Definitely recommend! I’m going to continue services with LazerAway in the future ♡

This place is really nice it’s only my 3rd session and i already notice results!! Desiree has been my laser tech for 2 sessions is always so friendly and comforting! i would definitely recommend this place. my hair is coming in finer and finer every time :)

This review is long overdue, but I have to give credit where it’s due. Nurse Des at the Austin location is absolutely phenomenal. As a healthcare professional myself, I can confidently say she’s not just good at what she does—she delivers on every level. Her skill, warmth, and genuine care make her stand out. I saw her for Botox while visiting Austin. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel seen, heard, and completely at ease. Patient, gentle, personable, and takes the time to truly understand your goals. She listens, offers expert advice, and her technique is flawless and might I say PAINLESS!!! I have been doing Botox for years and I didn’t feel a thing with her! If you’re considering aesthetic treatments, do yourself a favor and book with Nurse Des. Without a doubt one of the very best at this location.

I love this place so much- staff is nothing but friendly and professional. Anytime I come into the studio I’m greeted by smiling faces that are more than happy to help with any questions I have and never make me feel like I’m a burden. Highly recommend and if I could give them more stars i definitely would!

Desiree takes care of me really well during my appointments. She is very friendly and easy to work with. All the ladies at the front desk are amazingly sweet and helpful as well!!
