Dr. Merrit is personal, gives plenty of time to cover patient’s concerns, very knowledgeable and just truly a caring person. I have been with her for around 20 years. She delivered 3 of my 4 children. She was pleasant then and is still now. Highly recommend her.

Updated 12/30/2021 - just had the yearly mammogram and OB appointment. Dr. Meritt and staff are still wonderful. I was reminiscing of the days when Tonya the wonder nurse was there. (Tonya - if you read this - you are STILL missed and I think of you often!)My only issue was my own -* Received a text the evening before the appointment to "check in for OB appt."Filled it out the next morning, day of appointment, including updating records and received an "all checked in, see you for your appt" message. Upon arriving, checked in with receptionist for appointments. (Or so I thought). Apparently it was just for the mamo. Had arrived at 8:30 for 8:45am mamo appt, per instructions. Got mamo and was SUPPOSED to recheck in with reception. I failed to do that. My own misunderstanding, as I thought the one check-in did both. Easy to miss - so do yourself a favor and check in, then re-check in, if you have both appointments at one time. LolAgain, we live a good distance away but worth the drive go see Dr Meritt. 25 years and counting!--------Have been going to Renaissance Women's Group for 23 years. They have helped me deliver to beautiful healthy babies (who are now 21 & 18!), and helped me though the loss of twin angels very early in my pregnancy. Dr. Meritt, Dr Thompson & Dr Darby, plus a host of wonderful staff over the years, have been great. My daughter is now a patient of Dr. Meritt. RWG is a long way from our home, but so worth it. Thanks RWG.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Merritt and Renaissance Women’s Center since the late 90s and highly recommend her and the center. She listens and is easy to talk to and I am grateful for the attentive care she provides. The staff is amazing too!
