Got no call no showed by my provider after waiting an hour for our scheduled appointment, communication is lacking and it’s overly complicated to send a message and use their platform.

My experience with Allison Cox was great. We did a telehealth appt and the connection was choppy but didn’t feel rushed. I felt heard and she gave me different options for my situation.

I can definitely see why there is five stars absolutely genuinely good psychiatrist that will even listen to you and give you good feedback on what they think if you’re looking for help or a good psychiatrist it’s this place allison cox is sweet and she listens and reasons with you gave me relief at the end of the appointment

Dr Win was amazing, listened to everything that I was saying and had a reasonable treatment plan. I can tell he cares about my health and wellbeing compared to other drs I have been to in the past. So I'll be taking him on as a Dr for me and probably will be for as long as he isn't retired! Haha

Elisa is a wonderful person and psychiatrist. She's kind, attentive and listens to what your saying. Elisa has also become a friend to me. She will not prescribe a medication you don't need. I love her bunches.

I've been a Lifestance patient for 3 years and I've never had a single problem with them--my prescriber has never cancelled an appointment or failed to refill my medications on time, and has always been extremely helpful and easy to reach when there has been any issue on the pharmacy end. My prescriber Elisa is really sweet and patient and always makes me feel heard and understood as well as reliably refilling my medication. 10/10 recommend!!
