No regard for patient schedule/commitments, they are late, dont want to book known appointments until last minute, etc. Hansard never learned my name after 8 months with her, not did she ever remember (or took the time to read) my prior conditions and surgeries, even after 10+ visits.

Dr. Hansard and her team has provided excellence service. Dr. Hansard was always on time and never had a long waiting time for the appointments. The team was always on top of everything and available for any questions via phone call or email. Dr. Hansard is also very caring and has great bed side manners. I remember during my surgery, I was so nervous and Dr. Hansard could tell. She quickly held my hand and chatted with me until I went under. I really appreciated that!Thanks to Dr. Hansard I can finally say that we are currently expecting after many years of trying. Her knowledge, expertise and experience sets her apart from others. She know's what she is doing!

Hands down the best care and best experience! I can not say enough about Dr. Hansard and her group here at Texas Fertility. We had gone to another place which was awful, had very long wait times, and the doctor treated us like a number. He also wanted to talk us into IVF right away. Well, Dr. Hansard was different. She was kind, patient, she listened to us, and she worked with us on less-invasive routes. We got pregnant after only two tries with her! We now have beautiful, heathy children and it’s because of her! Don’t go anywhere else and waste your time and money. Go see Dr. Hansard and her team!

My husband and I are very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Hansard. We were beginning to lose hope of having a second child after several years of trying. After meeting with her for the first time, we felt very comfortable with her recommendations. With her help, we are currently expecting our second child, and will forever be thankful for her expertise. I’d like to add that the entire TFC team we worked with was on top of it! We never felt overwhelmed with the information due to their thorough explanations, timely call backs, and attentiveness. Thank you!

We are extremely happy to share our experience working with Dr. Lisa Hansard and the entire TFC medical staff. We had lost all our hope of having our second child, after trying for a very long time. But, then we met Dr. Hansard. She understood our problem and explained in detail about the treatment and procedure. She is an experienced surgeon and specialist in this field. We are very grateful and happy because of Dr. Hansard, we are now going to become parents of our second baby. Also wants to thank Nurses Jennifer, Lisa and also other staff for providing best care and instructions on medications, scheduling appointments. We would highly recommend Dr. Hansard and TFC.

Dr. Hansard is amazing! I came to her after having a bad experience at another practice, and she was everything I was looking for in a doctor. I couldn’t recommend her more. It was a wonderful experience! I now have two healthy babies through IVF.

We are so happy we worked with Dr. Hansard. We went through 4 rounds of IUI and finally got pregnant on the 4th. Every time it did not work, Dr. Hansard took the time to answer all of my questions and walk us through the next steps. Even when I was super anxious or worked up that it had not worked yet, she always made me feel better. Her bedside manner is incredible and appointments with her are fun! We loved working with Dr. Hansard and highly recommend her!

I was recommended to Dr. Hansard from two other friends that were having unexplained infertility issues and then successfully conceived through IUI. During our first initial visit with her, I knew I had made the right decision and she immediately made me feel at ease with her bedside manner and knowledge. We ended up conceiving naturally through her help with ovulation tracking at first but then had a miscarriage. We then tried two rounds of IUI and on our 2nd round we were successful. This is one of the most stressful things a couple can go through and I know she fully understands that. I must say my favorite was her support staff and how tentative they were to me as a patient. Whether I was calling in to make an appointment or ask a number of questions, they were always there. Even when I had my miscarriage, I will never forgot how supportive Nurse Jamie was with me and how she gave me hope and comfort on one of the worst days. Thank you Dr. Hansard and team!
