You have a patient you've been seeing 15 years that is totally dependent on anti-psychotic drugs and you drop the ball and won't refill the damn prescription??? Worst service ever. I've spent literally the last 2 weeks on hold before he runs out IN TWO DAYS and no one can help!? This place continually changes doctors and drops the ball on their patients!!

The front desk people deserve -10 stars. Talk about patients in front of other patients and their financial situations. They are rude and are probably losing this location patients. The doctors are great, but the front desk is so pathetic it almost makes the professionalism of the doctors not worth the visit.

I had taken my daughter on Saturday to this clinic, they helped me too much, advised me to take my daughter to an emergency, yes I took her to the emergency, and then things went well. They are Good staff.

I had a very positive experience with Doctor Jocelin. I have been dealing with shoulder pain over the last 5 months and she has been one of the first doctors to truly show that wanted me to get better. Overall great experience would recommend to a friend

I’ve been a patient of LSCC for several years now. Both with and without insurance. I’ve gone to several locations, and this one is genuinely my favorite. The front desk staff is warm and friendly (at least in regards to the interactions I’ve personally had) and the medical assistants as well as providers have given me time and don’t ever make me feel rushed, even when they’re busy.

It’s really sad when you have staff that are extremely rude and have an attitude I had an appointment today I went in and the lady in the front desk was really rude I got seen by doctor Kristen such a lovely doctor super friendly took her time to explain how to care for my cold but sadly will not be coming back to a place where front desk people seem bothered by your presence
