Dr. M. Eileen Cook has been my wife’s ,Anthea.Nephrologist, (kidney) Doctor for over 10 years. Dr. Cook, is very competent,kind and considerate in her treatment. Rachael, Dr. Cook’s nurse and Nickie, her medical assistant are alway professional,very gentle and considerate. Dr. Cook and her staff are very good about answering all your questions and are alway readily available.We highly recommend Dr. Cook for all your Nephrology issues.

Dr. Cook is an exceptionally talented and caring physician. She is a great listener and has a wry, wicked sense of humor that makes CKD less of a burden. Her office staff is also very competent and dedicated to patient care. I’ve had dozens of physicians in my 75 years and she is among the very best.

Dr. Cook is one of a kind! Her bedside manners are exceptional. She is truly gifted medically. Very knowledgeable and accurate. Her compassion for her patients is phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cook. She has been my Dr. since August 2012. Ms. Thomas

She does not listen to her patients. She comes in with predetermined idea of how many SECONDS she will spent on a patient even if the dialysis patient is new and this is the first meeting. If you try to question her hasty conclusions (God forbid you have data that contradicts her) she throws a tantrum and says the patient is refusing treatment. Fresenius care promises that patients have the right to learn about their care and actively participate in their care plan. Dr. Cook doesn't care.
