Dr. Burrus did a total reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder due to a break. Feb. 23 and now on Aug. 16 nearly complete usage of shoulder. Wonderful to be able yo use my arm with very little limitation. Great staff and Dr. Burrus was always ready to explain everything. Great surgeon!!! Many thanks!

Dr Burrus has magical hands. I had full shoulder replacement and never had any pain. I never took a pain pill. The pain bag around my neck was clogged and I never felt any pain. Amazing. I can’t give a higher recommendation. My experience was top notch from start to finish. I am now 3 months out of surgery and just went on my first jog with no problems. My recovery has been speedy and incredible. 5 stars

The VA referred me to Dr. Burrus in early 2021. He immediately scheduled two elbow tear repair surgeries for February and April. Here in late May I’m finally out of pain for good! Dr. Burrus’ office/medical staff, the surgery center nurses he works with, and the staff at PT Solutions where he referred me to for physical therapy have all been fantastic. I highly recommend this great team of professionals and must share the blessing of this entire experience with Texans everywhere!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Burrus. The surgery he performed on my knee made a huge difference in my life. I can now walk without the fear of it going out and me falling yet again. I highly recommend Dr. Burrus to anyone.

Dr. Burris took the time to listen to me, never made me feel rushed or like just another number in the system. He was very knowledgeable and caring and wanted the best for me and to help me restore me back to my previous level of activity. We had to go through several denials with insurance but he never gave up and always had my back. I've recommended him to several of my friends and he will always be my go to orthopedic doctor when it comes to his areas of expertise. Thanks to him and his great attitude, I'm able to start running and cycling again.

I really enjoyed working with Dr Burrus. He worked with me to come up with a plan for my knee. He is extremely thorough, takes time to address questions, and is available via email and calls for any follow up inquiries.Before the surgery, he stopped by and explained the approach to my wife, pulling up images on his phone to not only explain but to point out the problem areas. I highly recommend him and the staff at OACT.

Shoulder replacement surgery was completely successful. Very small scar, very little pain. Post surgery range of motion much greater than any time in the past 10 years. I was able to hit golf balls 5 months after the replacement.Dr. Burrus’ surgical skills, pleasant personality and prompt responses to any of my questions made the shoulder replacement a very good experience for me.

I suffered from a Hill–Sachs lesion, torn Labrum, and bone spurs in my shoulder. Dr. Burrus was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, he was able to repair everything with zero complications. I'm now 4 months post operation, and have a completely new shoulder. 10/10 recommendation to anyone considering surgery.
