I've been a client of MAEVA for over a year, and the service I've received is nothing less than top-notch. Adriana, Shaelyn, and Alex are each so lovely and easy to work with. They take my skin concerns into consideration and provide suggestions that have led to noticeable, positive changes. I'll continue to be a devout customer and would recommend them to anyone looking to take the best care of their skin possible!

I’ve been seeing Adriana for a yr and a half now and she’s been amazing with my dysport and SIGNIFICANTLY improving my smile lines with filler. She gave me small treatment recommendations that made a meaningful difference to my face. I also see Alex for skin treatments, which has also been amazing. Each treatment is VERY tailored. She treats each section of my face individually (left cheek, right cheek, forehead, etc.) since each area has a different struggle. I really appreciate how careful she is with everything she’s done so far. More to come! <3

I can't say enough wonderful things about Maeva + Adriana. Since moving to NYC I actually continue to schedule my botox with Adriana for trips when I'm in town again. I've been to other injectors and there is a strong noticeable difference in their skills, professionalism, and the results I see. Never going elsewhere again!

Tried to discuss an important issue with the owner but instead of responding to my message she just blocked me and didn’t say anything. Not a good way to handle business.

I can’t recommend Alex enough! She really takes the time to understand your skin and what you’re looking for, then puts together a treatment plan that’s personalized. Nothing ever feels rushed or cookie-cutter she’s very thoughtful and intentional with everything she does. On top of that, Alex is just the absolute sweetest! I’m the type of person who always has a ton of questions, and she always answers them with so much patience and knowledge. When it comes to getting a MOXI and Broadband Light Facials she’s the only person I trust!

I've been seeing Adriana for my injections and Alex for my lasers since I moved to Austin, and I can say after having injectors for the past 10 years they are hands down the best. I just turned 40 and I have seriously never looked better and am beyond happy with all my results. I trust them with my life!

Adriana has done all my filler, I’ve gotten dysport from Shaelyn, Alex is incredible for all things skin. I always leave Maeva feeling so good. My experience here was okay. I had filler done by the founder and Botox by Shaelyn. Both were knowledgeable and did a great job, so I don’t have any complaints about their skills. Where things fell short was in the overall patient care and experience, especially considering you are overpaying compared to other clinics in the area. It often takes several days to get a response via text, which is frustrating (this is coming from an existing client, not a new client). Also, no after photos were taken of my filler treatment. When I asked for them, I was told after photos are “usually taken at follow-up appointments due to swelling/bruising right after treatment.” The problem is, I was never scheduled for a follow-up, nor told I needed one for them to take official result shots, so the only photos in my file are the “before” shots. For such treatments, I’d expect the clinic to be more proactive in tracking results — not only for the client's peace of mind, but also as a best practice for safety and quality control; even if swelling/bruising are evident after treatment, photos should always taken. I brought up my concerns with them and notified them I was going to switch clinics; in response, they encouraged me to do so. Also - The minimum spend requirement to continue seeing my original injector, Adriana, was also disappointing. For someone who values natural results but doesn’t need large amounts of Botox, this felt restrictive; my options to keep working with my injector were to either overpay for botox or I needed to find other areas in my face to inject to use up what I was paying. So I did have to switch to Shaelyn, who did a great job. But ultimately these issues led me to look for another clinic. Best of luck!

Shaelyn was so kind and helpful! Really heard me out about not wanting to be frozen while talking me through what needed to be done for my concerns. Totally different experience than I’ve had in the past. I’m excited to come back!
