Dr. Gutierrez is a brilliant physician. I credit her for my significant reduction of constant colds and sinus issues. She thinks methodically and strategically to develop a solution for the patient’s complaints. She is serious about the care she provides that will be impactful moving forward.

I have been going to Dr. Gutierrez for years. I can't thank her enough for her care - professionally and personally. She truly is well - trained educationally, but also - like few people today - she takes the time to explain and truly diagnose.

Dr. Gutierrez is phenomenal! Took all of my concerns seriously and offered thorough treatment plans. Highly recommend.

The whole office is amazing. Dr. Guiterrez and Eben have literally saved my life.

Dr. Gutierrez is one of the best internal medicine MDs I have ever had. Her extensive allergy and asthma knowledge has completely changed the quality of my life. She spends as long as she needs to with her patients and truly cares about their wellbeing. Her administrative office staff are absolutely terrible but I continue to see her despite this because of her expertise and caring patient first mindset. Her PA, Eben Soliz is also wonderful. Just look past her office staff, she’s the best. I’ve referred 3 friends to her. Her specialties include: internal medicine, asthma, immunology, allergies

Dr. Gutierrez is very knowledgeable and reasonable; however, she is incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Being able to trust in your doctor's accessibility is what leads to a great relationship in your time; and having a great relationship with your allergist / immunologist is key to improving the quality of your life. Even when seeing my despair over a relapse of symptoms, Dr. Gutierrez has never made herself available outside of pricey, scheduled appointments. Further, it can take weeks to hear back from her regarding follow-ups (e.g., bloodwork results).

I got a prescription from here about a year ago and was told I would need to be on long-term. It was a nasal spray to reduce congestion. She gave me a year of refills and when they were out I called to see about getting more. I was told that "as a matter of policy" they want patients to come in for yearly checkups. I have no new symptoms, the medicine is working well, and going to the doctor is expensive and inconvenient. Thus, I asked if there was something specific about refilling my prescription that required me to come in for an evaluation. The answer was "no" - they just want all patients to come in every year. This is (part) of the problem with our medical system. Unnecessary visits drive up costs. If you have insurance you don't feel the cost directly, which is how this sort of thing perpetuates. I refuse to go to a doctor who uses needed medication as leverage to get me to come in for an unnecessary visit so that she can bill my insurance. I will find someone else.

Dr. Gutierrez is definitely competent within the field. However, her bedside manner is poor. Very brief and unfriendly, rushed through every single appointment I've had with her. Recently, I had raised bumps shortly after undergoing allergy testing through her office and was refused a prescription to alleviate the symptoms. Will not be returning.

I have been seeing Dr. G for several months now, to get to the bottom of some post-op complications that I have been dealing with for more than 3 years. She is the only doctor who has listened to everything that I have been dealing with, and is helping to determine exactly what my body is allergic to. (I have a metal implant in my right knee, and several different suture materials were used) She is absolutely amazing, as is her staff that I have been dealing with. The process that I am going through has been very lengthy because of all of the materials that I am being tested for, but she has developed this process to get answers for me. She is the only doctor to do this for me. I wish that I could rate her higher than 5 stars - she and her staff would be off of this rating system. I simply cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr. Gutierrez is probably by far the best doctor that I have ever encountered. I have only had one appointment with her, but I'm certain that I made the right choice to switch allergists. When I went in to see her, I was so desperate for relief from seasonal allergies and food allergies that I was willing to try almost anything. In the days leading up to my appointment I hit a critical low and felt that I was completely alone and that everyone including my doctor thought I was insane. I went in to see Dr. Gutierrez and she was so kind and attentive, that all of my anxiety and worry just vanished. She sat and listened to me and asked for my input. She let me actively participate in choosing the path of care that I wanted, which is something I have never experienced before. I highly recommend her to anyone who feels that they are getting nowhere in their allergy fight. She is absolutely amazing!
