Absolutely the worst unprofessional experience with this provider. Her and her medical staff cannot even show up to a virtual appointment on time. They have a patient waiting an unnecessary amount of time 20 plus mins to check in with the medical assistant for vitals and symptoms and then the doctor takes another 15 plus mins to jump on the call. They provide no explanation or apology for the delay in service of being seen. If you want to see someone who cares about you, seek care elsewhere because this provider could not care less about her patients or their health. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s one of those providers that just collects her check and pushes big pharma.

Dr. Maria Perez is the best. From day 1 when I walked in her office she has been amazing. I traveled here from Philadelphia where I saw my doctor's for years and was hesitant about my first visit with her but she made it very pleasant. Her staff is really good as well. They always call me to keep me up on what I need to do. I would recommend her office to everyone. Thank you for allowing me to respond. I am grateful for her and her care when it comes to my health.
